I called and it didn't start too well as I was immediately put on hold which was supposed to be for no more than 7 minutes. After 11 minutes I began a conversation with Chris Portrey who I must say deserves a round of applause. I am, at the best of times, a difficult person to please but he handled my call with what can only be described as EXCELLENCE. Well Done Chris. Excellent service
Water2Business provide an excellent service. You never have to wait long for the phone to be answered and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained what was happening every step of the way during a recent water leak and helped me through the form filling process for a leak allowance (which was surprisingly easy as it turned out). A particular mention has to go to Tara who was instrumental in making the process stress-free.
