Easy to set only downside not advised 100% of switch date

Having been told an original start date I received an email saying to 'leave it all' to you, which I did. Having received no communication at all, I chased whether the transfer had happened. My existing supplier told me it hadn't because I had not given notice (so I obviously couldn't leave it all to you!). I then gave notice so was given another date one month later. This also passed with no communication from you until I again asked if it had happened. I was told it had been refused by my supplier, but no explanation as to why. I was finally given a third date which did take place. I had no information regarding how to provide a meter reading and sales had no idea. Nearly a week later I received an email with account details. I also received a letter with the wrong transfer date . Communication is so important but you have failed so much with this account.

I spoke at length with Julie who was caring, kind, sympathetic and the patience of a Saint. I rambled on forever.
I am 61 years old and I've called a lot of call centres in my time. I've never spoken to a person like Julie. Absolutely wonderful.

I got someone explaining the process of the billing that is very high up to £32000 from £45 a month suspected a leak or faulty meter which will do the process sooner and get billed appropriately

I Signed up with waterplus through an agent (switch shift ltd) who advised on the phone(recorded) my bill would be around £45
Imagine my surprise when 1st bill was over £90, next bill £90
Contacted water plus online, weeks later they called when I was out of office, I contacted again & this time about a week later I received a call by water plus representative who agreed that the amount isn't correct & agreed to look into the matter, he also said they had issues with agent misleading customers.
He called back to say his supervisor needs to be involved & asked if I would like to call or have the supervisor call me.... it's over 3 weeks ago.... still waiting ... still paying.I feel I have been mislead by agent & let down by water plus. Avoid this company !!
