There were many unresolved issues we had with the SES Business Water which were taking a long time to resolve. Monika Lagiewka was brought in to help. She managed to sort out quite complex issues to both our satisfaction within a reasonable time frame and was always courtious and helpful.

The operative was excellent.
SES tecnology not for purpose. Website down the last few weekends. Will only take a meter reading up to 22nd of the month for a bill then raised at the end of the month. They then add an estimate for the 8 day difference where the calculation has no relationship to history.
If it wasn't such faff I would move.

Excellent Customer Service
We had invoices outstanding for a number of years as the account was never formally handed over to us and Monika Lagiewka was extremely professional and helpful when it came to working out our liability to allow us make the relevant payments.

Great customer service
My experience with SES Business Water was excellent and particularly the support I received from Zayaan Gafieldien.
Zayaan was extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. She listened carefully to my query, explained everything clearly. She was also very patient and approachable, which made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.
What stood out most was her willingness to go the extra mile to help resolve my query. She got me what I wanted straight way. Her communication was excellent, and I felt that she genuinely cared about providing a positive customer experience.
