Ordered the Queen size with draws in the base and double bladders.
Had to wait for the base to be made.
Arrived Thursday and all set up ready to go today ,Friday
No problems setting up and are looking forward to our water bed after 10 years on a mattress.
After a few nights on our new bed my Fitbit is telling me that I am getting at least 8 more points in my sleep score.
So my wife and I are benefitting already from our new bed.

Prompt reply and delivery excellent service to my issue of needing a new cover as i discovered the other cover I had has got black mould so I have spent the last 3 days on my guest bed where I have ended up with back issues but the black mould has probably caused the other health issues I have.

The mattress was (naturally) ordered urgently and it arrived incredibly quickly. Ben was very helpful with advice on installation. Bed is lovely!

Bought my bed over a year ago, fast service, great product.
I have now ordered a fill/drain kit and conditioner but couldn't expedite the delivery at the payment stage. Once I contacted Ben, he has it coming to me express post, no further cost.

Quality of workmanship is extremely good. The customer service provided by Ben has been exceptional and he went above and beyond to personally deliver our bed as his normal couriers couldn’t deliver for 2 weeks.

I Bb recently purchased a Queen Pedestal Softsided waterbed from Mr Waterbed. I dealt mostly with Ben and he was extremely helpful.
