Excellent service and care
I would like to say a big thank you to Ben. I bought a waterbed in Germany and had trouble setting it up again after moving. Ben came straight away and was incredibly kind and helpful—he didn’t even charge me much. Since then, I always buy my water conditioner from him. I can highly recommend him for his excellent service and genuine care for his customers.

I was keen to have a waterbed similar to my old one.
I was keen to have a waterbed similar to one I bought 30 years ago. I was advised by somebody who had been in the business for 40 years! who knew all about it. He also gave me good advice on the new one which is much nicer and better construction than the old.
