Big Bear Breakfast at Water World
Called in to get some pond plants and decided to try the Big Bear cooked breakfast, so glad I did, the food was piping hot with fresh igredients, absolutely gorgeous, Staff are really attentive and the service is first class, the price was fair also. Will be calling again just for the breakfast.

Waterworld have been fantastic
Waterworld have been fantastic. I ordered a new UV filter housing as my original had failed. Initially the supplied part looked soiled, like it had been used before, so I pointed this out to Waterworld and they ordered me a new one...no quibble at all.
Brilliant service. The new filter housing is now installed and working perfectly. It would have justified 5stars if it wasn't for the fact that DPD delivery dropped the new UV filter housing over the fence, rather than leaving it in the porch as requested.

The staff were so knowledgeable &…
The staff were so knowledgeable & helpful.. both on the phone & in person. After purchasing a water pump from them, we needed a flow adjuster. They advised on the phone & dispatched immediately. Unfortunately the one sent was faulty, but they had a replacement out to us right away & without quibble! We live about 90mins drive away from the shop.. but will definitely visit and use again.
