The staff were very helpful, ordered our water feature. Communications were great when it arrived. We had an LED light out. I phoned& a replacement was sent out. Great service. Thank you so much. 😊

Went back to waterworld today after…
Went back to waterworld today after having bought a Pontec pump and filter set. I was having trouble setting it up. Scott showed me how to fit the hose to the fitting. He made a few adjustments and everything is fine now. He was so helpful. Thank you Scott. Sheron Roberts

Ordered wrong item for pond pump
Ordered wrong item for pond pump, emailed on Sunday to request return, received reply email confirmation will be in touch, Thursday called up as waiting response. They apologised that return was actioned sooner, Return was authorised immediately and label emailed across to me, as speaking. Great service thank you.

No communication
I ordered a fish tank and promptly received an email saying it was on its way. After waiting two weeks and hearing nothing I emailed them asking for an update. Two days later and no reply I phoned them to be told I should have received an email the day after I ordered it to say it was out of stock until the end of July so I cancelled it and bought one elsewhere.
