Had a really great experience with Arda from Watsons Pantry! He was super friendly and helpful when explaining the home delivery subscription and made the whole process really easy.
I also ordered some breakfast essentials like milk, eggs and juice, which was really convenient. Arda was very approachable and made everything feel effortless. Excellent customer service and a real credit to Watsons Pantry. Thank you, Arda!

bread milk and eggs - supermarket quality for premium price
I bought bread milk and eggs. I was expecting genuine farm quality stuff.. my dad has farm so I know how those things are supposed to taste.
Bread was disappointing - definitely not fresh, arrived not even soft, I'd say a bit stale
Milk advertised as straight from the cow - was alright
Eggs tasted just like your average supermarket eggs.
Overall - disappointing for the price. Back to driving to an actual farm to get those things

Watsons pantry review
Constant Log in issues with the website and online ordering. Inflexibility on having different options weekly so you have to cancel and set up different items each week. Stock issues without indicating alternatives, they just don’t send the item. They are not geared to providing a great service to customers. This is the Second chance I’ve given them but will no longer use them. Other less frustrating options in the market place.

Poor Service - Watsons
Tried the service for 2 months and had no option but to cancel.
Queries and complaints seem to be ignored.
Within the first 2 months I haven't received items paid for, had numerous substituted items, incorrect items, damaged items and very warm milk suggesting deliveries may be late at night and not in the morning?
It's all about the basic service and sadly this was poor for a new customer.

Regular and trustworthy weekly…
Regular and trustworthy weekly delivery. However one glitch happened when I received once some milk whose consumption date was 4 or 5 days only. Only happened once though.

Don’t do the orange juice with them .
They promised fresh juice and delivered it once ina glass bottle but that was the only time . They thereafter started to deliver orange juice from concentrate in a plastic bottle and to make it worse they would sometimes drop the bottle outside without proper delivery . Quite poor the juice selection .

I have replied your message via email with a picture of your juice so you are sure I’m not making it up .
