We have used Watt Utilities to negotiate the energy supplies for our village hall for the past 8 years, with good savings. Have just agreed new contracts under pressure as anticipate energy prices will rise again due to current world events.

Hopefully sorted out the right deal for us on gas 🤞 but I guess proof is in the pudding so will have to wait…. But polite, friendly & helped me to understand in real terms

When I first contacted Watt utilities I found Sophie polite and very knowledgeable in subject of energy suppliers.Sophie obviously went into some detail to help discover why I had experienced such a large over charge by Eon. With Sophies advice I was able to successfully challenge Eon and be refunded a large sum of money.

When my energy contract became due for renewal, the utility company I used in the past changed my account to a supplier charging more than double my previous rate. I immediately rung and emailed to let them know that I did not agree to this changeover, but after months of very stressful and constant emails and telephone calls, sometimes on hold for over an hour, they and the new supplier were less then helpful.
Then, I received a routine call from Gianluca Edwards from Watt Utilities, who asked who my supplier is etc. I explained my situation with my current supplier and he promised a call back. Thinking it is just another company who I'll never hear from again, I then received a call from Andrew Hill at Watt Utilities.
Andrew advised that he could help and really did!
After my giving authorisation to deal with my energy supply etc., I am now free from the previous supplier, who, it turns out I did not actually have a valid contract with!
I am extremely relieved that these month's of very stressful saga is at an end, and I would like to thank Andrew Hill and Gianluca Edwards of Watt Utilities for their invaluable help!

For the most part, management were great, supportive most of the time! Yet I had a break in, in my house and had to rush home to Rochdale! They fired me, when I called them out for it, they changed their mind on the reason for the dismissal, apparently it was for my performance, but having had only a day and half training, and being there for only 3 weeks, I think I did pretty well.
Pay is good, support is good, but they'll sack you for ANYTHING.
They focus more on the people that have been there for years, they don't focus on helping the new employees!
I would avoid if I was you!

Absolute jokers, have asked for my number to be removed from their system multiple times. Have blocked their number but continue to call from a different landline.
All this while they are wasting their time calling another utility broker, which I have stressed to them multiple times.
This has been ongoing for the past 4 months. Will anyone finally pull their finger out and remove my number from their records to save their sales agents from wasting their time? Doubt it.

Would highly recommend. This is my third contract for electricity through him.

Just very dodgy and very suspect , their methods are to sign up people and at all costs regardless of what tehy want or the best deal .. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE
