Wavy Amsterdam 

Ordered this product 23rd October 2025, have contacted the company x4 only to receive the automated response.
Makes me wonder if they actually have a customer service as it seems non existent.
Still haven’t received my order doubt if I ever will. Please think twice and read reviews before ordering from Wavy Amsterdam. The negative reviews are rapidly mounting up.
Would appreciate a response from customer service on the progress of my order #5990

I ordered the product in Oct. 29 Order Number 6520 and have not received it...I have written several emails and no response. I honestly wanted to try the product...but now all I want is my money back!! The customer Service is non-existent!!!

Product was never shipped!! They don't respond to messages left on Instagram or to emails. They have also deleted my Instagram comments regarding my order, meaning that someone does monitor those accounts but does not plan on actually sending the orders or responding. So sorry I ordered

Later edit: dear seller, you would know my order number if you answered my emails and my Instagram messages. No point in just trying to save face for other potential clients.
Order number is 7185, maybe you can reply here if I will ever receive it

Later later edit: of course I emailed them where they told me I should and I received no reply. My Instagram comments were deleted. "Quality" company.

My order hasn’t arrived. I ordered 26 September 2025. The money was taken from my account and I received notice that it had been shipped but no actual tracking details. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails and only received auto-responses, no actual response to my inquiries. Appears to be a scam site.

Ordered my item on 19/10/25 and got an email to say it was shipped . Still not here and no reply other than an automated email when I enquired as to what the delay was . Tracking saying it has arrived in Dublin but the postal service gave not received it . 3 weeks to get from Amsterdam to Dublin ( a two hour flight !!!!) is simply ridiculous. This company appears to be a total scam ….avoid like the plague .

Placed the order on 12 Oct and I haven’t received my order yet as of today 30 Oct. Emailed them through customer service with no response. I am not sure what is happening. Starting to feel like a scam.

I still haven't received my order, which I made over a month ago. Their customer service is non-existant. Not replying to my emails at all. I paid and didn't receive anything. I guess I've been scammed

Still waiting for the package, a tracking link that works and 3 x enquires being responded to. It’s been 2 weeks. Seems like a scam to me. They also had no issues taking the money of out my account.

Update: they can reply to this post, but still not to my emails.

It glides easily through my hair without creating frizz or flyaways. It’s quicker than a flat iron and works better on shorter hair.

Great product and very easy to use. Unfortunately, the customer service is nonexistent. They never respond to emails.

Due to a glitch on their website during payment, I accidentally purchased two of the same product. I never received a confirmation email or booking number, which means I have no way to return the duplicate order or request a refund.

At this point, I’d recommend looking for a similar product elsewhere — it feels like dealing with a scam company :-(

Scam. My product worked only once, and despite multiple emails and messages on Instagram, I have never received any response from them.

BIG SCAM! I asked them to cancel my order before it was shipped, because many online shops sell the same product even cheaper. They said “yes, sure,” but since then they haven’t replied and just went ahead and sent me the product. I’m now trying to return it and get my money back, but there’s been no reply for 10 days. Help!

Geen pakket gekregen en meerdere mails (4 in 2 maanden) gestuurd naar de organisatie maar geen gehoor. Dus ook geen geld terug ontvangen.

It’s definitely a scam company. I ordered from them in June and I still haven’t got the product, but if course I had to pay in advance. After 10 email to them, I still haven’t got an answer. I don’t recommend to buy stuff from them.

I didn't expect much, to be honest. I have quite coarse hair and tools often don't do the job unless they're super strong. But this surprised me - once my hair is dry, it styles beautifully. I've used it for volume, soft waves, and even just to fix bed hair.

Ik heb het apparaat ontvangen en na een aantal dagen ontvangen. Ik ben niet helemaal tevreden en ze hebben een aanbod gedaan wat ik heb geaccepteerd. Volgens hoor ik niets meer van ze en heb ik ook geen informatie waar naartoe ik het apparaat kan retourneren. Ook al betwijfel ik het ten zeerste dat je je geld dan terug krijgt. Koop hier niet!!

Funktioniert nicht und auf Emails wird nicht reagiert. Finger weg!

Meteen na het bestellen kreeg ik spijt na het lezen van de negatieve reviews. Ik heb ze direct een mail gestuurd dat ik de de bestelling wilde annuleren, maar ze reageren niet op mijn mail. Inmiddels de fohnborstel ontvangen en heb ze een mail gestuurd hoe ik de borstel kan retourneren. Nog steeds geen reactie. Ik heb dit ook aan Klarna doorgegeven. Mensen niet bestellen bij deze partij. Want zodra je het produkt besteld hebt reageren ze nergens meer op!
