Sto usando webex come partecipante a dei corsi, interfaccia bella, semplice da usare, con funzione di riepilogo (che purtroppo non copre lunga durata di lezioni) però funziona abbastanza bene
UNWANTED TRASH MAILINGS
This so called fleet credit card company contacted me more than three times with these junk mailings. I do own a company but it is not operating out of my home address. sone fool came by or is living near me and took my address down then got it from the state site so they could send out this junk to me. This is this mess triggered by the current sitting Mayor and his family under Simmins Inc or the other verisions that they have. They went about contacting these fakers to go riding around getting people's addresses to send these unwanted offers to. They took the name of my company and sent this junk because they cannot send me the offers and this state triggered this mess by not doing their jobs and stopping this issue from happening. They allow these fake setups by granting federal funds to these folks and they then misuse the money trying to pretend like they are creating jobs. I refuses these things once and called them twice to get it stopped. That first one waited a little more than a year and the other sent it back to me again. They need to put an end to sending out these unwanted promotionals. They claimed they are removing it but it has come back to my home again. This is harassment and fraud. Stop it you overly high interesting bearing loan sharks.

Across both the app and browser versions, it lacks essential features such as built-in timers to automatically end meetings and clear user activity logs showing exact join and leave times. These omissions make it difficult to manage sessions efficiently and track attendance, and they reflect a broader pattern of missing practical, user-focused tools.
Since they took over TextLocal the - Service is terrible…
Since they took over TextLocal the service has been terrible. Everything has to go through Webex interact, no one to talk to, which in itself is a horrible process and you burn time and energy trying to resolve absolutely anything. DONT go anywhere near them. Its painful dealing with this company

se non hai un pc molto buono va piano e a scatti, ti blocca le altre app: un'esperienza frustrante.
Ti mostra il tuo video, ma gli altri partecipanti non lo vedono.
E' difficile la codivisione.
Nella modalità griglia non riesci a vedere tutti i partecipanti.
Non è sempre chiaro chi sta parlando.
Zoom fa tutte queste cose tranquillamente. Perchè un programma scritto da una delle aziende più famose e importanti del mondo non le fa o le fa male?

Hi highly discourage from using this service. It is hell to open an account, it is hell to discuss with helpedesk (1 zillion emails to sort a problem out when and if they sort it out). Never remind an auto renewal payment, do not refund if you ask for it even if it was for mistake (if you never used it and the 1st day of renewal you ask to delete&refund they say no). The meeting didn't work, people could not enter and it was impossible to find the page to stop auto-renawal because it is NOT in the main page (you have to go through the help section as it has a dedicated url!). Again I highly discourage from using this service.

Trash product, can't even join with url. Can't detect if i was installed the app, big company can't build simple tools, shamefull.

Our service provider tells us its a soft phone application however it doesn't do anything.
Terrible system
Terrible system, worse customer service. Taken over from Text local and it is absolutely diabolical. You can’t use multiple numbers like Text Local, there is no number you can call when you want help. Customer service take a life time to get back to you but offer no help at all. Avoid this platform if you can. As a business we’ve had to migrate from Text local but it’s a shambles

We are constantly having issues with them. API SMS messages not being delivered, very slow support and most of the time they deny anything is wrong!
Very similar to other reviews.
I can't believe that they have such big clients considering how poor the SLA are.

Webex Interact customer services is terrible
Customer services for Webex Interact are very unhelpful. Unwilling to investigate repeated issues, despite providing evidence, and now refusing to look into it any further. Messages frequently fail to send, much flakier than other providers we have used in the past. I will be moving away from Webex Interact as soon as possible.

although at this moment my phone line is still through webex they are really poor at fixings issues. it has taken them 2 months to sort out my account. They are slow and incompetent.

Was approached by a salesman that sold me a landline number to our mobile for our business, extremely difficult, difficult company to communicate with, we now need to leave webex as we need a fixed landline for signal reasons. I cannot get hold of anyone to cancel our account, XLN, Cisco or webex? extremely confusing .. If someone can respond with a phone number that works that can help, that would be helpful.

I have used textlocal for 16 years without problems, but they are shutting down to be replaced by Webex.
So as advised, I created an account with webex, and it all tested ok. The next morning my account was disabled, zero communication, nada. After raising a support ticket they simply replied "we are currently unable to support you on our platform" and closed the ticket. No wonder their TP rating is in the toilet. Clowns.

no i absolutely do not recommend webex or cisco , you sign a contract for 3 years and then they change the goal post , to have what you currently have will now cost you another 400 a year …they are shameful .
