They have never answered any of my emails and the listed phone number doesn't work. So far a very poor experience

Ghastly update. Appalling customer service
Webex have been excellent UNTIL their most recent update. Now it's clunky, all my annotation tools have vanished. I can't change font size and I could go on.
However, the biggest problem are the 'help' desks...useless! Ignored messages, emails not answered, nowhere to make an official complaint. No consideration that, as a private tutor, I lost income thanks to an update for which I was given no notice, no choice, no options.
Absolutely shocking.
Users are Left in the Dark
Missed two presentations due to witnessing a black screen and come to find out that they phased out Android 10 devices or shall I say, older models. Don't really have any complaints except for the Language Globe product sometimes would appear or not plus could never see participants other than just a list of names. Prefer Zoom over this WebEx.

Had a very important meeting to attend, and not one of the links worked on my tablet, have used the tablet for multiple meetings all year, no problem, but with Webex, I question the integrity of this application, as it would not let me log in on tablet at all no matter which link alternative I used in email

WebEx vendor Virtual Guardians LLC is unethical
Webex is difficult to get when you have a service provider or their vendor who is unethical and who does not provide the service you expected. instead webex hides behind the contract you have to sign with the vendor and when you ask to change vendors they don't assist you . You can't talk to anyone , they have a vendor Virtual Guardians LLC , who is unprofessional and who caused my business to lose business and put me at risk from being sued- I am a physician and their vendor shut my phone off without notice for "non payment" when payments are made automatically through the bank and he stopped cashing my checks then he shut me off without notice just after the July 4th weekend , when we returned from holiday our phones were off. He could have called me on webex chat or emailed me or sent me a letter but did none of this and shut me off. Webex when I complained told me i had to pay the bill first before they will move me to another vedor.

Update; its got even worse, who would have thought possible. Management must be totally brain dead. Now I can only set times at the hour and half hour. And the camera is dodgy on a good day. What is worse is the TOTAL CONTEMPT for the user base, they cant be bothered to test changes they let the user base do that for them - MORONS. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PILE OF GARBAGE AFTER THIE WEEK _ IT STINKS

BT & WebEx Simply does not work
We were switched to WebEx after BT. Duped us into a new contract.
We were with BR/Ringcentral that was fantastic. Easy, simple, stable and that worked.
WebEx has been a total disaster. Thousands of lost calls and business. WebEx does not work for us. Our mobiles don’t even log in when we are in the office, let alone out of it. Dropped and missed calls in the thousands.
Unable to resolve with BT, we were offered £50 compensation!. That’s for a system that simply fails. Well, never works to fail.
You cannot get through to the right team at BT. Nobody is accountable.
BT , now want us to sign yet another new contract, mid term and pay more money. Because BT know it does not work. We are not signing but can’t get out of the existing contract.

Webex makes it near impossible to cancel. We switched off the renewal button and phoned through to cancel, but have just received a breezy note that Webex has renewed our subscription. It's a disgrace.
Buyer beware
We signed up to webex a little over 7 months ago , we have had problems with clients hearing us and us hearing our clients , we asked to technical help which we finally got, the system improved temporarily then the same problems occurred. Again we asked for support and were told it was fine , although we still had the same problems. We stopped using it as it was unreliable, I recently requested that we cancel the contract as we don't use it and have had to make other arrangements which I may add are more expensive. Just been told by Victoria that it works ( although it doesn't) and that they woukd charge me nearly 2k just for cancel the contract and she maintains we haven't raised the issue even though we have emails ( as it's impossible to call anyone ) to prove we have ....basically to take money off a unhappy customer is there idea of customer service.....buyer beware ....one star only because I can not leave no stars

GARBAGE since upgrade which was/is a MAJOR cockup. Camera freezes, cant see participants. Complete JUNK. Hope we migrate to zoom - its MILES BETTER. Cisco need to extract head from rear end.
Complete money hungry company
Complete money hungry company, I come from a school that literally only uses webex to hold our meeting recordings for holding on our website. 300+ of our recordings got deleted by this new "retention" policy where if you don't pay for the new "Pro-Plan", mind you we are getting charged a pretty penny to begin with. You will not be able to keep your recordings and Webex will override your admin over this. Such a joke you are paywalling already paying customers? For what? You need to hire actual technicians and designers because the admin portal has been gutted this year, what's the point of an admin account that CAN'T ADMINISTRATIVELY SEE EVERY RECORDING!!!! So tired of manually re-assigning meetings to myself off others... it's time to look at alternatives.
Utterly useless, software doesn't work and no way to raise a case or escalate complaint
Utterly useless. I have just completed a three-day training webinar and EVERY SINGLE DAY the screen froze, the signal dropped and/or the audio cut out. Each time it took several minutes of frantic reloading to get back into the class. I missed crucial in-class information because of the issue so I couldn't follow what was going on. It was stressful, embarrassing and extremely frustrating. It was never resolved because I couldn't get hold of the company to raise a case, get to the bottom of it or make a complaint. I kept getting taken through loads of systems I had to sign up for (Webex, then Cisco, then something else) and pages that wouldn't load so I gave up in the end. I have raised the matter with the training provider and recommended considering using another video call provider.
I've never had this problem with any other system. It became my problem and created extra stress and work for me. The fact that I had to miss out on training because of Webex's incompetence is not fair on me.
Purchased a plan for a small business…
Purchased a plan for a small business but had a technical issue so I decided to go for another platform. This was in a matter of a few hours. When I told Webex the problem and requested a refund they denied it. This was all in one day or a few hours so I did not use the platform yet they won't refund the money.

L'applicazione è molto bella dal punto di vista visivo
Le videolezione si sentiva abbastanza bene (nonostante non abbia una connessione buonissima)
L'unica pecca che ho trovato è nella condivisione dello schermo, infatti il contenuto andava un pò a scatti e l'audio non era fluido.

A terrible tool (slow, focus stealing, blocks everything)
A terrible tool, a terrible windows program.
Extremely slow to start a meeting.
While doing so it partly blocks the computer, and when it is not completely blocked it constantly steals focus making it completely impossible to work.
