I spoke with Nimat today and I found her very pleasant to speak to and very knowledgeable. She talked me through the various options available for selling my house and presented the facts clearly. I didnt feel pressured at all and I would recommend We Buy Any House based on my experience

I have been dealing with Aaron who had made this journey easy. We were very nervous about going to a company to buy our house, but Aaron has made the process easy, informative, patient and calmed our nerves. We spoke to other companies who we didn’t find as helpful, calming or as informative.
Would recommend this company.

Dom was very helpful and friendly throughout, very punctual and reliable in making the telephone appointments.

In terms of the process, the initial offer we received for our property was far too low and we proceeded to look at alternative options for the sale via a third party. The terms and conditions of this process are different than those explained up front when first enquiring, so I would recommend that you ask for a copy before signing to make sure it is for you. There was some pressure to sign quickly which we were uncomfortable with and asked for more time to fully review the contract.

We decided not to sell through webuyanyhouse in the end but are glad we explored the option.

Easy communication, meetings set up using automatic reminders, quick to respond. they didn’t offer the price for my apartment that made financial sense to me- so I won’t be proceeding but they were overall helpful and efficient.

They do what it says on the tin i.e. provide a quick set of options and valuations for selling a house quickly. I cannot comment on how they deliver their proposed solutions as I am still deciding what to do.

The lady I spoke with was kind and answered all my questions. She took her time to explain everything to me. I strongly recommend

This is in response to the feedback received on my previous review.

The company says: "our records show that we had a buyer secured and ready to purchase your property, but unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay in completion. We understand that during this time you accepted a higher offer from a private buyer."

This is only partially true. We said that we had received an offer from elsewhere and that if their buyer could not complete within a reasonable timeframe, we would have to withdraw from the contract and accept the other offer. We had already been waiting something like four months for their buyer to finalize the sale. We were, and are, perfectly happy to pay the £999 exit fee to which we had agreed if we pulled out.

They then say "the finance manager offered times for your solicitor to speak with them, but due to scheduling challenges, both parties agreed to continue via email to avoid further delays." This is a blatant lie. Our solicitor *begged* for a phone conversation but was told by the company's representative that she had nothing to say that hadn't already been said via email. I have copies of this correspondence should my word be doubted.

This feedback does not address the potentially illegal hold House Sales Direct have put on our property nor their demand that we pay them approx. £45,000 to remove it.

Mr Albie Spicer has been helping me with trying to sell our house. He has been clear from the start, very prompt on answering questions. Now that we are on the next stage, im very confident that the house will be sold very quickly.

I spoke to anand yesterday he was clear with the info I had given and clear about our offer,it was low and we declined but all in all a great service and he is a credit to your team.

I sold my property last year with this company and I have to say I was nervous I’m a first time seller and the house had alot of sentimental value to me. Everyone who I spoke with understood my feelings and made me feel at ease explained the process lots of times to me. If I had any questions I could just call them and they would explain it again to me which was great.

The viewings - was super easy and organised really quickly I was told the times and dates and was made suitable for everyone. After the viewings if an offer was made I had a phone call that night and they explained to me about the potential buyers and there prices they worked for me to get a higher price!

The paperwork- I had my doubts using a solicitor provided by them as everything was over the phone and email and I’m a face to face person but after expressing my concerns I was made to understand why they do it this way and I will say I would do it over 1000 times it was super easy and friendly all paperwork was sent and checked with in the day or 48hrs I had phone calls once it was all checked and it was all done and dusted just before new year they worked over Christmas holidays to make sure the sale was done now not many company’s would do that

I will definitely be using this company again and I have to say all the staff I had the pleasure of speaking with were great and worked hard for the sale. I would say if your reading the reviews to cover your doubts just have the phone call and tell them your concerns they really do help

They ignore your phone calls and emails, reduce the price of your house without permission and be warned you are in a year contract which they ask £1500 to get out of. Also a hidden clause is an option where this means if you buy out of the contract and try and sell with someone else they can sue you. Reading standards and property redress the government ombudsman are well aware of this company:

The company rang me when they said they would. Shavar Armstrong was very patient, even though the connection was dreadful, and he had to keep ringing back. He gave me the information I asked for, spoke clearly and made sure I understood everything

Although due to outside circumstances we were unable to go through with our sale, Mohammed was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

We are purchasing a bungalow through house sales direct and Connie has been most helpful on our long journey of moving, even more so than our own Estate agents.
