I'm so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery times. Your order arrived within 11 days, that includes 2 weekend days and 1 day to process your order. Since we are located in the USA and you are located in Sweden delivery times can be unpredictable. This is due to Customs processing times in Sweden, which is out of our control and took nearly 4 days.

Update on unreceived items
After waiting a few weeks for my items I checked with the support team. I had a response the same day with tracking information I actually received my items the same day i had sent my email. 😀. Great support and response and lovely products. Thank you.

An order, that was on stock didn't arrive even after 8 days of purchase. I had to cancel it. American packages arrive in less than 7 days. I am amazingly disappointed that a such companies can exist in 2025

You never placed an order with us, as we stated multiple times in response to your emails. You could not provide us an order number, payment receipt, or any other information regarding your order. There are no orders registered in your name or under your email address. The order was not delivered because you never made an order to begin with. Perhaps you ordered with another company and have confused our business with theirs.

The product I bought is really great. I had an issue with the delivery because the courier didn’t deliver my order, and they were kind enough to send a second order. Also, I contacted customer service and found the people to be kind, helpful, and fair. Congratulations.

The team has no idea where my order is
The team has no idea where my order is. It is a pre paid order, they are not responding to me. Their delivery partner calls up and asks if I want to be friends with him.
I am really not sure how to deal with these guys. My money is gone, my order is nowhere to be found. And FYI- I placed my order on March 3rd, so 28 days down and nothing is happening yet! They reconfirmed my address 10 days ago and have been unresponsive since. Order id: 66359.

As we mentioned in our (multiple) emails - the person who contacted you has nothing to do with our company or the delivery company we use. This person called you before your order had even arrived in India and is most likely a scammer or related to a different company you shopped with.
We have also shared the tracking details with you, multiple times, that show your order was delivered successfully. Even with the order showing delivered, when you said you hadn't received the order we still offered to resend the it for you. And our last response (before today) was 3 days ago, on Friday, not 10 days ago as you stated.
Please understand that we are not a shipping company, we rely on our shipping partners to deliver the orders. Unfortunately sometimes orders are misdelivered or lost in shipment. However, if there are issues we are always willing to make things right by resending an order, at no additional cost, which we offered to you multiple times.
