I recently had laser eye surgery at the Wellington Eye Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the care I received was outstanding. Mr.Arthur Cummings and his team are truly exceptional – professional, reassuring, and genuinely kind.

The optometrists and administrative staff deserve a special mention as well. I experienced a few minor complications along the way, but they were handled with such good humor, patience, and a clear determination to get everything resolved. I always felt listened to and cared for, and every concern was taken seriously without ever making me feel like a burden.

The whole process felt incredibly thorough and safe, and I’m now enjoying better vision than I ever imagined. Could not recommend the Wellington Eye Clinic more highly – they are the A team

I had complete lens replacement in January this year. From my very first visit for a consultation to the last appointment a few months after the procedure, I found all the staff to be highly efficient and very capable. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Wellington Eye Clinic based on my own personal experience. I have never looked back and to be glasses or lenses free is amazing.

I was very excited when laser eye correction first came out but was put off when a friend had their eyes done in a UK clinic so I ended up waiting years to find a procedure that would enable me to read and drive without glasses, then one day as I was searching for an eye test I came across the Wellington eye clinic I watched all the videos on their website and decided to book an appointment, my first consultation was extremely thorough and I was given documentation detailing all of the options available to me, I decided to have laser eye surgery with Dr. Cummings the surgery was over in minutes and totally painless, the team checked in on me during my recovery, I could read perfectly without glasses the following day, I couldn't believe it and it has been the best experience ever, I would highly recommend this clinic if you are considering any sort of eye procedures. Their aftercare is second to none, professional care from start to finish the way it should be, the staff are lovely, patient and kind I can't speak highly enough about the Wellington eye clinic.

All of my appointments with the clinic have been amazing. I originally visited for ortho k lenses and Cian was great and so knowledgeable. I later got laser eye surgery with Dr. Cummings. The surgery was over in minutes and the team checked in during my recovery days as well. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are considering any sort of optical procedures. Their customer care is second to none!

My eyes were operated on on separate days. From start to finish everything was well managed. I felt well cared for.

As I was extremely nervous about this procedure, the nurses and doctors made me feel so comfortable, reassured me and succeeded in keeping me calm . . Great aftercare by the very kind and professional nurses .

I was actually quite nervous the morning of the surgery. Mr Cummings spoke to me beforehand and explained everything. Totally put me at ease.

The initial consultation was extremely thorough, and I was sent off with documentation detailing all of the options available to me with no pressure put on me to make a decision there and then.
The aftercare is second to none. I had a few issues afterwards and they were extremely supportive and I went back for a few more consultations at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them.

I had clear lens replacement surgery at the Wellington Eye Clinic just 4 days ago, and the results are simply incredible. I cannot believe that my new vision allows me to write this review without searching for my glasses or contact lenses which I have heavily depended on for the past 28 years. (My prescription was quite high at +6.00 prior to treatment). Thank you so much to Mr. Arthur Cummings for performing this life changing surgery, I will be forever grateful to you and the exceptional team that looked after me. From the moment I entered the clinic there was an immediate sense of both professionalism & warmth from the staff. I particularly liked the collaborative approach by the medical team, every step is carefully explained & there is a felt sense of patient care. Great experience with Arthur Cummings and all the team at the Wellington Eye Clinic. In March 2024 I got custom lens replacement (CLR) on both eyes. Almost a year later I can it was the best decision I ever made. I have such freedom now to live my life without glasses. Thank you!
