Perfect in the job they do!
No need to follow up for anything. They're perfect in what they do. Except in some cases when the demand is very high and supply is low and those cases aren't avoidable. But still we can trust more than 100% in the view that the coins are delivered at the rate when the order is processed. So no risk is involved here. Kudos to you guys, whoever you are!

The process of purchasing bitcoin is very simple and straightforward. Although I had some issues with one of my purchases, the team is very responsive and quick to address my problem. The rates are from Kraken and the customer service is top class. (I've used many other sites to purchase bitcoin, this site was a recent recommendation) Highly recommend using them compared to other sites. Thanks guys again!

They took my payment, after couple of minutes they answered that they don't accept US cards, and I should wait for a 1-9 days till they refund my money 2me, they are the baddest exchanger that i have ever seen, i strongly reccomend keep away from them, they can only tell sorry sorry we are sorry when they screwed up, STAY AWAY!

On our website, we state that we do not accept US-issued credit cards, so it should not be a surprise that we have cancelled your order. In the moment we cancel an order, we also release the amount immediately! Normally money will be back on the card within a few days, but depending on the bank that has issued your credit card and the credit card network in general it can take longer. We apologize for that and the inconvenience, but that is beyond our control and kindly ask you to revise your rating of us.

Bad service, Unprofessionalism and SCAM !
I made an order, sent them my credit card, selfy with my card, my ID card, I contacted chat support after 15 hours. They canceled my order "without asking" and then explained to me that it was a technical mistake and I have to make a new order, and for that I will get the money back, which does not suit me because I do not want to keep my money in the refund for 2 weeks and I pay the bank charges.I do not know if I'll get my money back, so I'll file a complaint with the police against them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We are sorry that you have rated us so bad! The background for this mess was that you asked our staff to change the bitcoin address on your order. We explained to you that this cannot be done with a pending order, but a solution would be to cancel and place a new order. We understood that you wanted to cancel but we are truly sorry if this was a mistake. Your money has been returned to your card and are normally back instantly, but based on the bank, which has issues the credit card, it can take longer though.

Hi !
The reason why there's one star missing is that I don't think that wemovecoins inform well enough about how to get access to information about my account. - If I have one ( ? ) - It would be nice to be able to know where my transferred money ends up, how they are invested and how the investments are developing. Actually, I think I'm entitled to !
Maybe I am.?
I also wonder if I'm free to withdraw any amount from my account at any time. At least, I have received a couple of videos who shows how to do that.
But do I have an account number ? What Is it ? Where can I find it ?
Overall, I feel there's a LOT of imperative information missing.
SO - PLEASE INFORM ! ( BETTER ).

We are not sure if you are actually reviewing our service!? The fact is that we solely sell bitcoin and do not hold any of our customers bitcoins. Our customers only provide an address, to where we send the bitcoins, and we have no access the wallet these addresses belongs to.
