First time going with time going with this type of quick, less-hassle exchange for a credit card purchase....and was pleasantly surprised. Very quick, and despite not being able to get the CC card statement code immediately, they allowed a quick upload from my phone for proof, and received my coins not too long after

passive clowns , it's not about the treatment but they likely seeing it from point of sale .

First of all, we’re really sorry to hear about your current frustration with our service. We strive to deliver swift and smooth trading experiences for all our customers. In turn, we regret the lack of effective communication on the matter of company transactional processes.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention!
From what I understand, for some reason or another your payment has been cancelled, and so we’ve proceeded to release the reservation on your card. This means that we’ve asked our acquiring bank to release the reservation on your card. This part of the process is instantaneous and fully automated. Our acquiring bank then continuous to inform your bank that a release of the reservation has been requested. From there, it’s the job of your bank to release the reservation from your VISA or MasterCard and, essentially, this is what’s causing the delay.
To sum everything up, unfortunately it’s not within our power to release your reservation. We’re sorry if this is not communicated clearly during the transactional process. We’ll make sure to correct this in our communication going forward.
However, if the reservation is not released within 9 business days following the cancellation, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at support@wemovecoins.com for additional help. They can open up a support case to help you put pressure on your bank for the immediate release of the reservation.
