Very poor delivery
Sat on my order for almost a week before even dispatching. When I phoned to see where it was they said, ‘oh yes, it’s here, we’ll get it dispatched’. Not a stock issue or anything. Just didn’t bother sending it till I chased.

Still not received my package
Still not received my package, I’m very patient however I’m absolutely furious. This job was booked in for 1 1/2 weeks ago and I still haven’t had the Package!

Slow to ship the goods
The order didnt leave the company for a good few days. Paying for 48 hour delivery is a waste of money if they are unable to send it out promptly.

Placed an order on 15th Sept, was advised on 17th Sept item I ordered was discontinued and no longer available and was offered a refund which I accepted.
I’ve chased this twice and now on 6th October I’m still waiting for my refund of £141.60.
Shocking way to treat customers taking money for a product you don’t have then having to chase for a refund for it.

This is the second time in a row they have taken my order without having the stock. They do not state this on their web site when ordering. I have all the screen shots.
Don’t order unless you are prepared to wait over a month.
