So far not great but hoping it gets better
Many thanks for the feed back opportunity the purchase arrived well packaged however when my electrician went to fit the item from the box it was found to be inoperative
I called and e mailed looking for a returns number and 5 days down the line i have heard nothing
I have now returned the item and asked for a replacement
My return has been sent recorded to be signed for with a request fir a replacement
I hope to receive the replacement and my return postage costs

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. The item I ordered in July was not actually in stock, despite being available for purchase. I agreed to wait for a delayed delivery, only to be told it would be delayed by yet another month. I requested a refund and received written confirmation that it was approved on 08/09/2026. Emailed again for updates on 18/09 and received another confrimation, and then emailed again on 21/09 for updates. However, today is 25/09/2026, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. Customers should be aware that while refunds may be approved quickly, actually receiving the money appears to be a completely different matter. I'm not even sure the shop actually exists. :)

Product was good and well packaged but inefficient service
Product was good and well packaged, but until I contacted them for a progress report the goods were not even despatched. Probably about a week after taking my order and payment

Really competitive pricing and great customer service
Really competitive pricing - we almost bought everything in Screwfix, but they were half the price in West Base Electronics. I also made a mistake with regards to shipping - I got very quick reply from a customer service,and they solved the issue with the delivery for us. It will be our go to shop for electronics whilst we are fixing our home, definitely recommend.

Ordered a light which the company had as "awaiting dispatch" for a week. When I canceled the order they said "refund in 7 days".
They have still not refunded me and are now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this company unkess you want to be scammed.
