Fast delivery and order spot on but don’t get an invoice with order, no printed copy with order and no pdf copy in email can’t get through on phone and no reply via email.
This puts me off ordering as often.

Ordered goods which the website stated were in stock
Ordered goods which the website did not say were out of stock and indeed the order stated preparing for shipping and nothing. I chased for a delivery date to be told they were out of stock when ordering which was not true and delivery would now be a month later. Requested a refund no response, nor on the phone which they do not answer.
I would not use this company again.

No product, no refund
We ordered a trunking 15 days ago. They charged 25 for the trunking, +25 for the delivery. And they sent it to a wrong address. Now we don't have the trunking and they are not sending a refund. Every time we send an email, they send an AI response with the same words: "It is relayed to the management team, and we will come back to you when it is resolved."

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service, been chasing for 2 weeks now. Replacement light which came broken. Spoken to two people who promised someone would get back in touch but nothing.
Dont know whats going on with them.

Cancelled an order, and 3 weeks after getting a confirmation of the cancellation, had to cancel through the credit card.
OK if you never need to cancel the order or return anything. if you do, there will be no refunds at all whatsoever. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

West Base Direct sold me some defective LED bulbs and have not replied to both emails I sent to their support. Clearly if something goes wrong, you are on your own.
