Poor customer service
Delivery was prompt and well packaged products, sent in very good conditions.
However, customer service is poor. Returns are not free and they have no logistics to keep you updated on the returns. I have not received my refund yet after 2 weeks of returning the products in its original state(unopened/unused items).

Part of the Order arrived damaged which probably were caused from items been moving around inside the box because not been packed properly by warehouse staff. After contacting customer service they resolved immediately and send me replacement items. Definitely will use this company again. Highly recommend

No communication
Tried to cancel order due to late delivery. Promised a form to get a rebate. No form, item arrived a week later. Had to purchase on next day delivery from ERF. Wont use West Base again.

Fraud company. Stay away. No response. No delivery. Invalid tracking number
Ordered 3 CO alarms on 14 August. On 21st August I finally got confirmation of my order.
They provided me with an invalid tracking number for DHL.
As of 24 August they have not responded to any emails.
They also do not answer the phone. I’ve called sales and customer service and you just go on hold for over 20mins. It’s clear these aren’t staffed.
Had to go through my bank to get a refund.
Stay away. Its fraud.

Advertising they had the product when they didn’t. 2-3 days delivery let’s try 13 days even though I payed extra for delivery, very poor service.

In no hurry to issue a refund
After changing my order I waited 10 days without receiving a refund, called to ask why it hadn't been paid, was told it would be done that day. Called again the following day as still no refund and they said it would be issued in 2 hours. I received it 8 hours later, 11 days after cancelling my order.
