What I paid for wasn’t in stock, they tried to fob me off with an mister fan thing instead of an air conditioning unit, the order was cancelled over a month ago and I’ve still received no refund

Avoid buying anything from this company. Order placed never arrived. I called the company to cancel the order and issue a refund a week ago and nothing has been done. Very disappointing to pay extra fee for express delivery and nothing shows up. Now am in a big trouble as am running behind on a project that should have been completed about a week ago. Stay away from this company

I would have given this zero stars if…
I would have given this zero stars if it was available. What seemed like a decent product was supplied with screws that weren’t long enough to reach the pat boxes. I tried emailing, phoning, texting. No good. When I complained, they basically told me to buy longer screws. Their customer service is non-existent and their attitude is appalling. Avoid.

If I made an order for a project
If I made an order for a project, I expect it to be sent in one shipment. Also, delivery times on website does not always correspond to emails follow ups.
However, products are great and competitive. It is best if you can, to shop direct at the warehouse, where stock is usually plentiful.
