I've placed a few orders with this company and the only issue I have had with them was one time and it was a shipping issue. I reached out and they were able to get in contact with the shipping company and help me resolve the issue so I could receive my order. Will continue to place my orders here.

Ordered twice online, never received the products, a refund or an explanation as to why they never came. certainly not a trust worthy establishment

I have placed multiple order with this company and have had almost no issue with the service. Their customer service team is great, and they have great prices compared to my local shops. I do recommend them and have referred lots of friends who struggle to find vape juice near them.

I ordered a 120 ml bottle of unicorn milk with 6mg nicotine and got 0 nicotine . when i contacted them they said they couldn't take it back because the package was opened . This is not sated on there site anywhere so i asked for a refund or discount on a new order and was told no . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!

I have ordered from them probably 10 times. Never bottles of juice. I only buy disposables. But every single order came as advertised. Granted their shipping is slow, but I always received my devices. And any time a device wasn't working correctly they either refunded my money or promptly sent me a replacement. Also, they always respond to my emails within 2 days. I honestly have no idea why there are so many bad reviews for them, but I have never had an issue. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones, but after 10+ orders that seems unlikely to be the case. I give them 5 stars!

Slow weird shipping, expired (most likely fake) juices received. I'll never order from this place again and hopefully people see these reviews before wasting their money like I did.

This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had! First of all it took almost a month for them to “say” it was delivered and signed for but it wasn’t I haven not received anything and they won’t answer me or help me find my package or give me a refund! They are awful they should be shut down! Scum bags!

They explain that it takes 1 to 3 days for prep then another 7 to 10 days to actually get it. I was happy with that. After making the order however, I read all the negative feedback on this company, and yes i figured I just threw away 60 dollars. To my Surprise it came in 5 days and It was what I ordered. Thanks for the great service guys!

Just ordered over $100 worth of juice, on top they charged me $16 in shipping with a no name shipping company took two weeks to get here, snail mail would have been faster! Not gonna order anything from them again.

I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve ordered from here numerous times without issue, but never got my most recent order despite receiving a thank you email and my card still being charged. Tried exhausting all options to contact them with no success. Seriously ridiculous.

They have zero respect for people's time. I ordered (Feb 7th 2022), it was confirmed, CHARGED to my card and after almost 10 days I had received no communication from them.

I wrote an e-mail asking on Feb 16th 2022:

Their response was that the "fraud" department had considered my transaction "suspicious"; therefore, they required a photograph of my credit card and my ID.

For now, let's not talk about the extremely intrusive information being asked.

Why wait almost 10 DAYS and receiving an e-mail from me to say anything about it? It's a waste of my time and very disrespectful. There is no excuse for this.

I don't care how their fraud department handles things, but if they need something extra DO NOT charge the amount and ask for whatever BS documents you need AND do so in a timely manner, not after the customer reaches out to you for an order status.

Based on this interaction and other reviews here I can tell this company gives 0 Fs about their customers so my recommendation is STAY AWAY!

I'll update after (and IF) I receive my money back in a timely manner.

It’s a scam

Terrible service, one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying products online. The shippement never arrived and they didn’t take responsability. I can’t believe that they still allow this page to sell products, if you don’t want to give your money away avoid buying here at all I costs

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!!! You think you’re getting a good deal but you’re not coz guess what, your package will never arrive! If I could upload my screenshots here, I would!

I ordered my vape juice bundle last Jan 23, 2022. Received an email that same day with the order number. Jan 26 was when I got info on tracking number. They use this so-called Regional Tracking which does not exist. They had a disclaimer of allowing 1-2 or 2-3 business days for carrier to pick up and deliver to sorting facility. Jan 28 it arrived the sorting facility and left the facility again. Next update I got was Feb 3, where it was received and is now “in transit”.

That’s when I decided to look at the reviews and low and behold, I am not the only one experiencing this issue!!! I emailed them, no response. I tried their online chat customer support, only got one response “our customer support will help you in a few minutes” 20 minutes had passed and no response. Messaged them back if they were still there, no response. I then tried to cal the number, NOT IN SERVICE. I gave up and just called my CC company and disputed that transaction.

So for those people who left a review saying they got their package, they are the lucky ones. But there’s a lot of us who did not receive anything at all. Complete waste of time and unnecessary stress added to my day!

Do not order from West Coast Vape, I ordered and paid for $127.24 for vape juice on 12/22/22. After several phone calls and email, I haven’t received a refund or product - much less a response from the company.
They are not trustworthy.

Spent over $100 and never received anything. Spoke to the delivery driver, after i missed a call, and stated he left it in my mailbox. Nothing was in my mailbox but my regular email. I received one email back, stating it showed delivered, but it wouldnt be left in my mailbox. What gives? Shipping method
SHIPPING PLUS SIGNATURE FEE (2-10 DAYS). Where did i sign for it? No apologies, no refund, no product. Pretty upsetting.

Fast shipping, didn't have a problem at all. Will order from again.
