Every time I have bought my vapor juice from this company I pay $18.50 to get the product to me within one to three days or so the policy says.
As of today I have waited five days I could have saved $18.50 and just waited five to eight days.
This company is awful and I don't recommend it to anyone.
And just by the way 18.50 can buy a lot of tacos from Taco Bell so they owe me money.

I've ordered from these guys in the past...I live in the same state as their company ships from. It's 3 days if you ship it the same day. They told me in some bogus email that somewhere it says it can take 8 days to process your order. 8 days. Just because it says it somewhere on your website doesn't mean it's right. That's just lazy...so I can order from EJUICECONNECT...which is in Florida...across the entire country, and get my juice in 5 days. But a company in the same state will take 11 days. That's really really bad customer service and distribution.

They act like taking 8 juices and sticking them in a bag and calling the carrier to pick it up takes 8 days. Laughable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Vote with your dollar.

They take your money. You may or may not get the product. And their "customer service..." man, forget about it.

They have a bunch of touchy feely kids answering emails who, somehow or another, think that you the customer are writing in to hear their whole sad life story. Mine is apparently sad because he is in his 40s and still working customer service, and likes to go on tirades about how the world judges him...or some such. I have no idea. End of the day, they still refused to ship my product.

And I am a 100% disabled Veteran, listening to this kid whine about how the world is mean to him. But being a disabled Veteran I am on a limited income. The loss of this $125 means I just have to go without nicotine until I get paid in two weeks. But it is the customer service boy's sob story that we all had to listen to today.

After inquiring the status of a week old order that had already been charged to my credit card, I was told the items were out of stock They offered a substitute. I refused and requested a refund and to cancel the order. Not hearing or receiving a cancelation confirmation, I made a second request. Both recieved no reply. When I did hear back, the order had shipped. Unfortunately I had already made another purchase from another vendor. West Coast Vape offered no explanation or compensation. My advice is to avoid doing business with WestcCoast Vape.

Placed an order and got confirmation email. Order never arrived. Did not get tracking number. I have tried to contact them by email, and by the three telephone numbers that I could find. Two numbers went to full voicemail boxes and the other was for a medical company that has no relation. I am cancelling my credit card payment as I believe they may be out of business.

It took me almost 3 weeks to get my order and I received one email concerning that. West Coast Vape Supply does not seem to care about their customers. If I shipped my orders in 3 weeks I'd lose my job... Period. Do not do business with this company.

They have good prices and free shipping over 100. Everything came as ordered. I always check this site prior to ordering from a new website and I saw a lot of complaints about shipping but i was willing to take a chance bc thry had somejuices i cant find anywhere else. I noticed on the vape website they disclose that their shipping may take longer due to regulation changes and being unable to use conventional shipping companies. I was ready to wait, but surprised to get my juice in about a week, which is sooner than i expected. They had good email communication about the order. I will def use this site again.

i gave them two stars because of their delivery if they would use usps i can get my items in 2-3 days but with what they are using now it takes almost 3 weeks and that dont make sense if they dont want bad reviews do better and use usps so ppl can get their items in a timely manner i wont use them again i use to order from them a lot and i left them cause of this issue and the issue is ongoing and will never stop

As an international customer (Non US Resident) I was skeptical about placing an order from overseas. But after reading positive reviews I decided to give them a go.
From the outset, their webite was easy to navigate, they had every item I wanted in stock and they accepted credit card purchases from overseas. Once the order was placed, there was a small delay in receiving a confirmation email, but this was only attributed to the time difference between countries. The order was processed quickly and shortly thereafter I received confirmation that the order had shipped, complete with tracking number.
When the order arrived after its 10,000 mile journey, the box was intact and undamaged. Upon opening the box, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the items were triple packed, first sealed in zip lock bags in case of leaking, bubble wrapped in USPS packaging and of course the outer box. All care was taken to ensure items were delivered undamaged, I was very impressed.
Outstanding customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend West Coast Vape Supply to anyone!

I've placed 3 orders with Westcoast Vape. My first order started off as a disaster. The delivery was awful. HOWEVER, Westcoast followed up with my issue and kept me updated on actions they were taking to fulfill my order delivery and I did get it! They resolved this issue.
My subsequent 2 orders went without a hitch. They even made a couple of last minute changes to my orders I requested.
Bottom line Westcoast Vape is a great Vape supplier with great a selection of products, great prices and WONDERFUL customer service.
I plan to be a long term patron...

The company they hired to deliver my products lied had me sitting around the house for what I ordered. They threw a paper on the door as if they tried to deliver and waited around but they didn’t. They told me that the driver isn’t even answering their phones calls and I don’t have my package it’s been almost a month. I have tried patience but I will not continue to get the run around for my package.

Awesome costumer service respond right away , Shipping is phenomenal, variety of options and unbeatable prices Iam definitely a fan and going to be a costumer for a while

DO NOT PAY ATTENTION to all of the bad reviews. I've been in sales my whole life, and trust me when I say I do not give business to companies that have half a$$ customer service. West Coast Vapes has been supplying me with god only knows how many orders over the last 4 years, and they've always been great. The only problem I ever ran into was a simple mistake of them sending a 3mg bottle instead of the 6mg I ordered. But even then, it was no problem because they've always given me beyond great customer service. I sent a message, they replied apologizing, and letting me know they would get the 6mg shipped right out for me. I honestly think that they get a lot of bad reviews because most people are so slack and procrastinate so much, they always wait to the last minute to order, and when they have to wait a bit, they trash West Coast's name just because they're too ignorant to stay ahead of the game. When I see someone leaving a review like that it tells me one thing immediately. "They have a terrible credit score". I say that because anyone responsible enough to keep a great credit score, would have enough sense to order juice ahead of time instead of being lazy and procrastinating. So all in all, West Coast is getting trashed because of everyone's ignorance. I'm a very picky fkr, and if West Coast was anything close to what those morons say about them, there's no way in hell I would still be making orders (just made one last night and receive the tracking info this morning). 4 Years of Beyond Great Service on Every Single Order I've made during that time. So, you have to ask yourself, would this picky fkr be letting everyone know how great the company is?, or, is the procrastinating a$$hole's on here easier to believe?......that really shouldn't even be a question.

First time I ordered they offer me a discount or they offer me free shipping I check the free shipping I live all the way in Texas and you made it quicker than anything from Louisiana would and I’m 15 minutes away from Louisiana

This website/business is a scam. It’s quite obvious after reading through not even very many “5 star reviews” that any and all positive reviews obviously are. The only real reviews on here are the one star reviews. All 5 star reviews. Are all very sure to mention how “great the customer service is”… not one is a first time buyer, they’ve all been customers from “several times now” up to multiple years. All negative reviews all 1 star, all negative reviews first time buyers. Why doesn’t this website trustpilot take them down? If you don’t read through, would be easy to get fooled. Hopefully people read this/read reviews… BEWAREEEE!!!

West Coast Vape Supply is awesome. It's nice to have a reliable source for quality juice. In the several years I've been ordering from them, they've been awesome. On the rare occasion there is an issue, the staff is eager to find an immediate AND permanent solution.

I’ve been ordering from them for the past year and a half and only had one problem which they quickly took care of. Super fast shipping time!

I have made 6 order with them in last 1-2 month and what I can say is that they have the best customer support who always try to do best. and the product which I receive is in excellent condition, I get what I order exactly, one in one.

I ordered 4 months ago. I never got my products. Even if I contact them 3 times, they never even tried to do something. Waste of time and money. Never again

I ordered on Friday and got my package on Monday. Super fast new delivery system. Best juice prices on the web compared to everywhere else I’ve shopped
