I wish I would of read the reviews before I paid for a disgusting mystery box for my girl..it arrived really late and I paid extra for the fast shipping and when she got it she was mad and disgusted.. I wouldn't even give them a star if that was available.. don't waste your money or time and check out a different vape shop

I paid extra instead of free shipping as they list shipping times as 2-10 days. Today, 14 days later, I received a notice that my order was received at the. "sort facility" and to give 1-2 days for item to ship. That will be 16 days just for them to get my order out. Then it's in USPS hands to get to me. NEVER AGAIN!
Their site shows 78K 5 star reviews...How can they lie about that?

I was hesitant to place another order after seeing the reviews but I tried anyways since I used them in the past. This time was great. I placed my order at 10pm Thursday night, and it shipped out Friday, then it was delivered on Saturday. Fastest turnaround time ever and they shipped exactly what I ordered. There are some new taxes and fees, but I blame California for that. In the end, it was worth it.

I can't give them a no star review I ordered from west coast vape from a suggestion from a friend. I placed the order they quickly took my payment and I can not get a response from them in emails and even tried calling the number on file online it goes to mailbox is full and hangs up. I do not recommend the for anything they are a scam. Im in progress of disputing it with my payment method this place is nothing but a scam

Still haven't received my order and I placed it November 8th been a customer for few years and never had a issue till this order no responses from emails and tracking stopped November 15th still not updated would not recommend anymore

Yep. Same deal.. Charged my card,then 20 days later with zero response to emails and phone calls, I disputed the charges to my card 12/1/2024 and I ordered 11/10/2024
I ordered from them as they are in my same state,and I thought shipping would me faster that way. LOL definitely not the case only received stress and dissapointment.
I reccomend to AVOID west coast vapes at all costs!

I placed an order for 7 bottles of Vape Juice on 11/8/24. On their website it says that the order had been fulfilled, but I have received nothing. They don't have a customer support phone # and they don't respond to support emails. I'm going to have to dispute this order with my credit card company and buy local

I placed an order with them in March, it got lost in the post and despite numerous emails to them no one has gotten back to me. 7 months and still no refund or communication received from them.

I've been a customer of West Coast Vape Supply for years and will say that 50-60% of the time you have LONG delays in getting your order, the absolute worst of anyone I've ever done business with. I've only really continued with them because after years I know to order 20 days ahead of time and they offer 10% discounts regularly.

However, all of that is no longer worth it. The latest example of their lack of worth as a company is that I ordered $250 worth of products (which I do most times) and it took them FIFTEEN DAYS to even print a shipping label with USPS (they know they messed up because otherwise they ship with their really slow other provider) and now, after another three days, USPS says it still has not been shipped.

If you inquire into their show ship times they are totally dismissive and pass the buck to the shipping company but you can clearly see that THEY didn't even try to ship it until 10-15 days later.

Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from this company, they shouldn't even be in business.

Great experience with West Coast Vape supply. Good customer service that took care of me in a timely fashion. Quick shipping time and good selection with fair pricing.

my vapes came burnt and broken it took about a week to ship these pieces of junk to me too just emailed them i want a refund my lungs are burning and im having a coughing fit

It always takes forever for them to ship your order. I'm going on 3 weeks so if you need some juice better order at half a bottle lol. I always eventually get my order.

This company has some of the worst customer service! I was supposed to receive a free item with my order and never got it. I’ve emailed the company 3 times and have been ignored completely. Their great prices aren’t worth the trash service and slow shipping. I’ll take my business elsewhere and so should you.

I decided to give this company another chance. I placed an order and told them about my last experience. They made sure to include the free items that were missing and also tossed in a couple extra items. The shipping time is still quite slow and communication is difficult. I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

I’ve tried contacting the address that they provided and left messages as well. It’s now 30 days later and STILL WAITING for my $117.61 to be refunded to my credit card- or report them for fraud. Buyer beware.

More than 2 weeks after I paid for my order in full I contacted them to find out why my order hadn't shipped out yet. At that point they email me back saying their fraud system had a issue with my order and needed verifying. I sent them a picture of my face and my ID showing I was the person who ordered it and my id matched my card info. They still canceled my order anyway. I'll never order from them again. And I previously placed orders with these people for the last 6 years. Disgusting customer service and horrible business practices.

Promises 72 hour fulfillment time, doesn't ship for 5 days later, and the package doesn't show up to the shipper another 5 days after that. They use a "consolidator" shipper that takes another 5 days to "consolidate" the shipment. All in all going on day 15.. no package or tracking update insight. Customer service could care less.

$14 to ship within 2-8 business days? By the time I should be expecting them it will be close to 3 weeks? What? Nope! Never again!

Service went non-existent recently after ordering from them for a couple of years. A few items were substituted without my consent. Contacted and told to send pic. I did. They sent a return lable which I sent back but never received replacement product or refund.

Thought they were great then they sent the wrong product. Asked me to send pics of the product and packing slip, then assured me they would begin the process of getting the order straight. Right away I sent the pic and I have not heard another word. I emailed them 4 times now to ask to please send me a label to return the wrong product to them and receive my correct order. Nothing. Now they have my money and I have crap I won't ever use. Filed a charge dispute with my bank and next I will take legal action as I work for attorneys more than happy to help.

This order was FINALLY delivered after almost a month to the Po box in Litchfield, CA ( which was NOT the address I provided West Coast Vape Supply) I finally called USPS last week to see what was happening with the delivery that was ordered from you on September 20th and asked them to look into it.

After waiting a week to get the notice that the order had been processed, I finally reached out to find out when it would be shipped out and was told it hadn't been shipped because one of the items i ordered was out of stock. Nobody let me know this was the case until I emailed to check on my order.

West Coast vape supply was absolutely NO help with finding out where this order was, nor did anyone there care to help me find it ,yet they were quick to charge my card for an order that hadn't been shipped.

I repeatedly asked for a customer support number or for someone to call me. However, all I got was a response through email stating there was nothing they could do, that it was a USPS problem. Not ONCE was I able to speak with anyone except through email.

The package went back and forth through San Diego for several weeks ( which is over 400 miles away from where I asked it to be shipped to) and nobody in their company cared to help figure out how to get it shipped to the correct address.

The HUGE lack of customer service, and willingness to find or replace the $150.00 order that I ordered from West Coast Vape Supply is unacceptable .

I will not be doing business with your company again, and I will be letting everyone know about the terrible experience I had with the order I placed, and urging them to use a different company other than West Coast Vape Supply.
