Delivered when we weren't in but saw it on the doorbell- left under the outside porch, so nicely covered from the rain. And well delivered-unlike other companies who manage to tip it all over the driv... Voir plus

Efficient and friendly. Nothing is too much bother for them. Even my really narrow driveway is not a problem. Logs are always the right size, and nice and dry. I would highly recommend Westdale Logs.
I've bought logs from Westdale on a couple of occasions. Communication is great, delivery is always on time and the delivery guys will do their best to get the bulk bags where needed
Have had logs from westdale before & happy with quality of logs & delivery. Have just ordered “summer deal” & a lovely thought that I dont need to worry about costs going up for next few months. Looki... Voir plus

First time user of Westdale logs, seem very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Suggested to us by a friend who has used the company regularly for some time.

Good all round - will use again.
Delivery for me was free, with no minimum order but it did take the full 10 days(which is as advertised). Apart from this VERY little niggle everything was great and I am pleased to be able to support a local business with a great website, good products and very friendly and helpful staff

Great service again.
We've used Westdale before & as always, I can't fault their service.
Due to our current circumstances, there were only certain days we could take delivery. I let them know which days they were & they took note of that & delivered as requested. I got a phone call giving me options & they delivered on the day & at the time we'd agreed.
Their logs are great, the perfect size for our log burner.
All in all, a very happy customer.

It’s not when things go right that show…
It’s not when things go right that show a great company, but when things go wrong. Westdale had a problem with their kiln for a batch of logs that I’d ordered. They proactively contacted me and replaced the whole order, even though we’d pretty much used all the original supply. Brilliant customer focussed service.

Logs are a nice size
Friendly guy, logs are nice size and clean. No waste, previous supplier had 1/2 black bucket of waste, bark etc. Westdale basically nothing. Just have to wait and see how they burn now, but things are looking good
