Great company
Incredibly quick free delivery and the lowest price around for the paint I bought. The paint was very well packaged so no fear of any leaks. I’m very impressed with this company and will definitely use again.

Handy garden vac. It was a bit of a lottery.
Received my order this morning. Not a peep from the supplier from point of order. No acknowledgment of my order being received, no communication about dispatch times, nothing about when I should expect my order. Only knew it was on the way when courier emailed. Very disappointing.

However, apologies to see that you were not happy with our service.
We have been having major issues with our email provider and other certain email providers, especially Gmail as yourself and other customers are not receiving our automated email (Order Updates) in regard to their order, and it appears this has unfortunately happened to you.
I can confirm we had sent yourself 4 emails regarding confirmation of the order, all the way through to the dispatching phase, but they may have fell into your junk folder.
Yet again, apologies if you felt there was no updates or communication, but glad you received your item all okay.
