Not terrible
The "Oakwood" Barrel Planter was actually plastic, though there was no mention of the material on the website. Fortunately just (barely) big enough for the plant.

Turned out great
There was no confirmation email which would have been helpful, I had to ring up about delivery. But after that everything was great, phone call when delivery was expected and delivered on time.
