I am leaving this review because my experience with WesternPips has been extremely negative and I genuinely do not want someone else to lose a large amount of money the way I did.

I committed a substantial amount of money after trusting the service, the presentation and the claims around advanced trading technology, latency arbitrage and professional trading infrastructure. I expected a serious service with clear communication, realistic information about the risks and proper support after payment. Instead, I ended up with a significant financial loss and a completely different level of confidence in the company.

What concerns me even more now is what I found when I started researching WesternPips properly after my experience.

I found the older WesternPips presence connected with westernpips.com and the newer presence connected with westernpips.org. The difference in their Trustpilot profiles immediately caught my attention. The westernpips.com profile shows a claimed profile date of December 2020, while the westernpips.org profile shows a claimed profile date of April 2026. That is a very noticeable difference.

I am not saying that having two domains automatically proves anything improper. It does not. A company can legitimately operate more than one website. But when I found a much newer .org presence after already having a very negative experience with the service, I naturally wanted to understand why it exists, how it is connected to the older .com presence and whether customers should consider them part of the same history.

That is something I believe every potential customer should investigate before sending thousands of dollars.

What concerns me is the possibility that the newer .org presence could be connected to the reputation problems surrounding the older .com presence. I cannot prove that this was the reason for the newer domain, so I am not presenting that as a fact. I am saying that the timing raised a serious question for me. The older Trustpilot presence dates back to December 2020, while this newer .org Trustpilot presence was claimed in April 2026. If you are considering paying WesternPips through the newer presence, I would personally want clear answers about the relationship between the two.

Check the domain history. Check the registration information. Check the company details. Check which legal entity is actually taking your payment. Check whether the terms, support channels and services are consistent. Do not assume that a newer domain automatically carries the same history or reputation as an older domain.

This became important to me only because I had already learned the expensive way that a professional looking presentation is not enough.

I also came across other customer complaints while researching the company. Some users have described expensive products and packages, poor communication after payment, products that did not perform as expected and difficulties getting adequate support. There are also complaints involving Telegram sellers and communication problems. I cannot personally verify every customer's individual story, so I am not presenting every allegation as proven. But after my own financial loss, seeing similar complaints made me take the overall pattern much more seriously.

The cost of these services makes all of this even more important. When someone is being asked to spend thousands of dollars on trading technology, they need to understand exactly what they are buying. Latency arbitrage can sound extremely sophisticated in a sales presentation, but actual trading conditions are much more complicated. Broker execution, latency, spreads, account restrictions, liquidity and other factors can make a huge difference.

Technology does not automatically equal profit.

That is something I wish I had focused on before making my payment.

Another thing I would strongly recommend is investigating the broker requirements yourself instead of relying entirely on promotional claims or someone telling you that a particular setup will work. A strategy can look impressive in theory and still perform very differently under real market and broker conditions.

My biggest mistake was researching all of this too late. I looked into the company, the different domains, the customer complaints and the practical risks only after I had already committed a substantial amount of money. By then, the financial damage had already been done.

So if you are reading this on the newer westernpips.org profile because you are considering buying their service, stop and do your own research before paying.

The software is very fast and provides many api connections in the settings. I use it together with mt4, and the execution speed has improved a lot compared to other solutions I tried before. Arbitrage trading is very sensitive to delays, so stability and fast execution are extremely important. Westernpips is reasonably priced, and so far I'm satisfied with both the software and its performance.

My review of this company's arbitage system. I've never traded this system before, and all previous exchange-traded systems were always losing money. It's a stragy you need to understand and apply to your account when the market allows. I usually try it at the opening of a session, then for 2-3 hours after the american session opens- that's the best time for me.

Their team work quickly, and the developers are responsive. At one point I needed a FIX API connection added for a specific broker, and they managed to set it up withim a few days after I reached out. I didn't really run intro major issues otherwise, since most things are explained in the documentation, As long as you take some time to understand how it works, it's fairly straightforward to use.

I've been using this company's product for 10 day; it works reliably and doesn't freeze. I either refer to the instructions or adjust the setting myself. There are some bugs, but they're minor. The downside is that you have to search and sort through brokers for trading.

When you trade WP7 and set a low divergence of, say 1-2, during market volatility, you'll see a lot of trades, over 100 per hour per session. You need to be very close to the screen , as you can quickly lose everything. Be on guard here. Good luck.
