I found Westshade online and I have been in the market for a custom canopy for 2 weeks. I have received quotes from several of their competitors. I had no experience or recommendations to go by so this was all done by researching online. I saw the prices on their advertising and reached out for a quote. I got a response within 20 minutes via email. I was emailing back and forth for the next hour or so. I asked about availability and flexibility in my design need. I also specified I needed the canopy quickly for an event I was going to be attending for my business that I found out about at the last minute. With in an hour I had a proof to approve that met all my specific design requests. Westshade also told me that they would expedite my order so that I would be able to make my event. The prices I was quote was a fraction of all the others. The items included in the price were not included with any other competitor quote. So far I highly recommend Westshade and I am very thankful I found them in time. This was one of the easiest custom print orders I've ever done. The response to my questions was quick and efficient. The mock-ups were clear and information easy to edit. I will definitely use Westshade again!
