On both occasions, the design team provided valuable insight and thoughtful recommendations that resulted in a clean, polished, and professional final design for our project.

From the initial contract for information, to design, to placing my order the for the 10x20 Full Roof Printing + Back wall and 2 half wall this company has been great! We have received several emails giving us information to requesting approvals for the design, mockup, and layout Part of our order has already shipped already. We cant wait to receive the final product and use it at our Expo next month.

Quick response through out the design process. Quick to implement exact changes and preference and create a mock up to reflect updates. Also, was able to provide prices for various options. The sales and design teams have been great to work with.

Easy Process

Westshade has been very easy to work with. Their communication is excellent, and I'm quite impressed with their customer service (it's a lost art these days). They were quick to design a canopy tent of our dreams and were very upfront with pricing, etc. We liked that there were tiers of pricing to choose from. I'm sure we'll work with Westshade for future projects!

I've ordered 2 tents from them and they look more expensive at first, but then you realize the cheaper company is giving you a lot less design/printing options, so the other companies end up being several hundred dollars when they aren't even printing on the whole canopy. Ended up having 2 way better tents that people were really impressed with for less money. I've also found their customer service is very quick to email back when I have an issue/question.

Process made veery easy, was ble to mtatch CMYK, as thery dont do RGB. We havetwo 10 x 10 tents coming so will see if poduct mtaches the experience

Ordered the westshade instant canopy 10x15' tent... they were easy to work with, accommodating of my requests, and swift in their responses. I sent no less than 8 revisions of artwork/design material back to them within a day and they got back to me about all of them in a single day!
