Rubbish food, Rubbish service, cheap drinks.

Staff are always unhappy, maybe if they were paid a bit more they might cheer up. Foods always under microwaved or over microwaved.

Prices are slowly increasing when the quality isn't

Food is always average and starting to become expensive for what you actually get. It took 30 minutes to arrive even though it was a pizza and some chicken bites.

On top of this I got a parking ticket for £75 because they charge designated drivers through the night to park in their carpark. Charging after 6pm is a bit irresponsible in my opinion as they should be promoting safe driving and not ripping those drivers off.

My own fault for not checking the signs but I didn’t expect to have to pay after a reasonable time.

Well all was perfect until dinner, 1 x well done stake and one rib by stake midium rare. My medium rare was perfect but the well done first time was like chewing gum. Second well done was just in blood not even cocked properly and was all over rare. 1 minute on the grill and done. This stuff in the evening times is not acceptable. Shit steak beef whatever meat you like to eat but Sundays are not for eat in the pub, I do like the food there cheaply though and great drinks. Chef should find somewhere else to work, was disappointed with the food and I had the drink and left no worth the time and money

We ordered chicken wings that were quite dry and had an odd taste. We were seated at table 212, which was located next to a frequently accessed walk-in fridge. The door to the fridge was left open for extended periods after 10 PM, making the area very cold. Additionally, the male staff member was quite rude when I asked him to keep the door closed, even shouting at us to be quiet. I attempted to address his behavior with him, but he was quite rude. The staff at a pub should be able to communicate with customers and resolve issues amicably, rather than resorting to verbal attacks. As a result, we will not be returning to this pub.

Bury weatherspoons. Started off great. Good food, cheap beer. Went for desert and coffees. I'll be with you in a minute, I'll be with you in a minute. In-between serving regulars by name. After stood at the bar gor 15 minutes. Had enough. Totally rubbish service if you are not a regular customer.

First time in a Wetherspoons and i have to say in my 56 years on Planet earth i have never eaten a worse plate of food . It was so bad i really thought it was a set up .
Breakfast for me and 3 others over £70 !!!
And the prices , sweet Jesus .
I would starve before eating in a JD’s again

I understand that Wetherspoons employees need to have time to relax and socialize, but should a waitress/barmaid who normally works in the same pub where she parties behave like an animal and repeatedly belch cruelly all over the pub when she is off with her friends? Is this behavior generally tolerated and expected from Wetherspoons employees? Talking about the girl with black/green hair who works at Tilley Stone Gateshead.

I get that the drinks are cheap ! The food is not, it's inedible rubbish. The pubs are dirty and the staff in most just look miserable which I'm not surprised by in all honesty.

Just wasted £68 on food for the family the majority just got left.

Avoid at all cost purchasing an IPA beer at JD-Wetherspoon, Horsham; it is often served-up in dirty glasses, tastes flat, wormly served up accompanied with a terrible delay in service. How on earth do they remain in business is way beyond comprehension, as for the manager conduct she is rude should you dare to politely question her on her products. I for one will under no circumstances ever set foot in that establishment again.

I'm a spoons regular, visiting another city. Great puand atmosphere but the food was beyond awful. I know you get what you pay for but ffs, awful

This branch is managed by a team of bullies. My family had a terrible experience there with a waiter and a young manager a year or so back. When reporting it to H/O I was basically told that they take the Manager's side - I was sent a standard response.
My daughter is a uni student in Nottingham. This weekend past, she and a group of friends watched the same manager (upstairs) and a group of waiters bully a birthday party get-together and kick them out halfway through singing happy birthday because they lit a candle. My daughter overhead the waiters and said manager discussing this party of people and she said it was possibly xenophobic (the birthday party were foreigners). My daughters party of friends were horrified at what they witnessed. I feel that this cannot be continued as my bad experience was well over a year ago and clearly it's still happening. Not a nice team waitering and managing this branch.

My daughter was turned out of weatherspoons in beeston nottm because she had a service dog ,with tabs on saying what she was,a working dog do not pat please and with a permit .the so called person ( a man ) turned her out ,well shame on him hope you never need one you should be ashamed ,weathersoons policy is you can take support dogs in with you so why was she told to leave it is unfair justice shame on weatherspoons beeston notts

Our experience is alway great. The pub is clean, the food is great, the staff very friendly and professional. The management very competent. I have visited a few Wetherspoon pubs but this one is the best. I recommend for everyone.

My sister asked for a Pinot Grigio which she always drinks. She was given a very sweet wine which she knew wasn't what she'd asked for.
She took the drink back and said there must have been a mistake as it wasn't Pinot Grigio.
The bar (young girl) who'd served her said well it is in this pub and you're not getting another drink.

She had only had a sip of the wine and so said well keep your wine I can't drink it

2 other staff on at the time, also quite young women/girls came to back this member of staff up and said they weren't going to serve her again.

What an appalling attitude. I've a mind to report them to trading standards as they are getting away with serving a cheap wine and charging for a quality one. And as for customer services they'd get a minus figure if it were possible.

Dan Hill from the Sugar Loaf in Market Harborough is the most rudest manager I have ever met he was rude and arrogant. He spoke to my disabled husband like dirt and then laughed when he walked away. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The place maybe cheap but I would rather pay extra and have good customer service. The food was absolutely rubbish dry and cold. Made a complaint to head office only to be told that they will deal with it, with no follow up for me...

The nine arches in earlestown is generally a fantastic place for breakfast with lovely staff, however they have two coffee machines but the one just to the left of the main door constantly breaks down, leaving long queues to the other machine. Get that poor performing coffee machine changed ASAP. It's getting on everyone's nerves . 🤬

Went to the weatherspoons in the trafford centre and ordered fish and chips WOW to say it tasted awful is a complement!!! There was hardly any fish it was all batter the beans were cold and the chips were completely tasteless AND it cost over £13 !!!!!!!!! I have been to weatherspoons a lot in the past but if this is their new standard ill not bother in future

my experience at the surrey docks Wetherspoons at surrey quays London today of all days wasn't exactly what i had hoped for i chose to have a burger that i have not had for awhile being the Tennessee burger but unfortunately the burger itself felt like it had no taste at all burgers seemed dry with a small amount of lettuce onion etc and i do believe the burger could of been a bit more juicier and had better moisture to taste better apart from that everything else was perfectly fine just this one burger lacking on taste and being rather dry even the bacon had seen better days

The new menu is awful no fish and chips and no meat dishes only horrid tasting burgers. I used to enjoy the food but nothing on the menu I would eat now
