Burgers have no taste- asked for mayo on the side - didt get it - was just slopped together - no pride in presentation - nor any napkins whatsoever- fries were just fries/ cold. First time customer and LAST- DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY!

Y'all done better with the burgers this time &just need too work on making fresh hot fries out the window customers service was nicer over all best quality this time around work on a fries person! & you'll being great!👍🙂

First time in this location #404 on 7430 Louetta St, Spring, TX. The parking lot can tell the story how clean this place is. Clean inside and great service. Food served to the table and no rush.
I will be back for sure.

Stood at the counter while everyone working there didn’t seem to know what was going or who was in charge. Several customers left after waiting to order, close to five minutes. Unprofessional language and tone. Seems to be a common theme for Whatta burger in this area.

Once bought out meat quality has gone downhill. Portions are smaller. Speed of service poorer.

You get an actual burger ! Not a child’s menu burger masquerading as a full meal deal! Love the Sweet and Spicy!! Goliad Tx does a great job ! Stay away from Beeville Tx location ! Order online and gives option to customize everything ! Who does that! Excellent!!!!!

First, have a sign stating you don't have pennies! They stop making them, but they are still in Circulation. Don't expect to keep 4 cents from every customer that comes through, because you don't keep them in your drawer . Either keep some to give back the correct change or round your cost off to where there is no pennies. But don't expect every customer to come through to give you their extra change.

ordered online. Burger was good, nothing special and the fries had clearly been under a heat lamp for a long time, First and last time for me.

Orderwas completely wrong and they tried to give me a chocolate shake. That was vanilla and said the machine was broken and said well just drink it.

The Whataburger at Whataburger Field employs seriously inadequate staff. As Tuesday night season ticket holders my husband and I look forward to enjoying Whataburger food at the ballpark. In spite of our enthusiasm for this event we have been disappointed time after time with the service we receive. Our order is rarely delivered with all of the items we purchased. It has ranged from missing burgers missing meat on the burger missing fries or the evening we waited and waited longer when we asked what happened to the order and it turned out our order had been laid aside and gotten completely cold. Last evening I asked the employee to check the bag as I should have had two sandwiches and two fries. She assured me I was wrong in only counting one sandwich in the bag. I got to my seat and sure enough the sandwich was not there. I returned to the counter to find the missing burger. I was treated as if it was my fault or that I was dishonest and after much debate the reluctant girl reordered the burger. The woman and cook both made faces at me and I felt so bad. I was hoping for a positive outcome but walked away feeling very disappointed. No more chances for the field restaurant.

Waited so long I spent 35 dollars instead of 6

The drive girl gave us the expired ranch and put the wrong order in 2501 N Tarrant Pkwy

WhataBurger used to be THE burger place to eat. What happened? The burgers are tasteless now, lettuce is bitter, the entire burger is lukewarm, I,m now in my 70s and have seen burger places come and go. Never thought I would want to see WhataBurger close doors but I do now. I now go to Subway in Texas City. The place is clean and spotless and the sandwiches are freshly made to order. Nice group of employees also.

The Whatburger on Post Oak in Houston, TX is the place to go if you want good customer service and fast service. Alasan does a great job with his employees.

A 45 year costumer and last time, my breakfast platter with sausage and a side of pancakes was a bad, about a spoonful of egg! they didn't have any butter or syrup! and all for $11 bucks! the guy who took the order was okay but the girl who brought it to me was not, rude and no silverware or napkins, restaurant in 635 and MacArthur in irving next to shake shack...

I tell you I have been caring my wife for some years now. And the a few days ago a lady name Kay was working that morning and my wife was having a episode and starting crying and she didn't want to eat or say anything to me, but when Kay came and bought us our meal and ask if she was alright...she said no, then she give my wife that biggest hug and told This is what you needed and she started to smile and wiped her face dry and ate for food... So please tell her thank you from the bottom of my heart...she a keeper....thanks on east chase in fort Worth

My first and last visit to this establishment was today, and I was thoroughly disappointed. The wait was inexcusably long, and the food was of poor quality. As the sole customer in line, I expected a more efficient service. The fries were lukewarm, the burger was not satisfactory, and it was excessively covered in mustard, despite my explicit request for no cheese and I did not request extra mustard. The overall experience was disappointing. I do not intend to criticize the establishment unduly, but I expect a certain standard of quality and service, especially from a fast-food establishment.
