Showed image for a solid tire, when it was ordered it arrived as an air tire. They would not replace it with the correct tire, I was told I have to deal with it.

I have had many issues over the years with replacing the bearings in both my wheelchair castor/pots and main wheels. As a relatively active wheelchair user who deals frequently with poorly maintained pavements and adverse weather, I am having to replace a set 4 - 6 times a year somewhere on the chair. The annoyance of this constant repair/replace cycle is made considerably worse by the issues I often face of bearings becoming stuck in place and/or getting replacements to sit correctly.

When I found this company, which exists to deal with this very issue of replacing wheelchair bearings, I decided to make some enquires. I was initially a little sceptical, as there are so many firms who add the word mobility/disabled onto a product claiming it’s a speciality item as an excuse to increase the price when generic items exist that are far cheaper. However, the videos on the website on how easy the tools they had developed for this specific issue was enough to lead me to make contact with the company. The customer service provided has been fantastic throughout, with all my numerous questions and enquires being answered.

I went ahead with the purchase of a bearing removal and installation kit for both my castor wheels and castor pots. The items arrived quickly (Its a USA based company so be aware of the likely Customs charge/VAT you will need to pay. It took about 9 days from order to door). All the tools were very high quality and with a very nice finish. Without question, each tool has made replacing the bearings in my chair considerably easier and far less time consuming. I am very happy with the purchase and thoroughly recommend both the company for its customer service and excellent products.
