Received my 4Runner Drawer System 10 weeks after ordering vs quote of 5-6.

Product was packed well but components were not pre drilled as needed for assembly and many of the boards were damaged.

Customer service is non existent and when you do reach someone no resolution comes from it. Just more frustration.

Was lured in by their paid advertising and paid reviews. Highly recommended you don’t make the same mistake as I did. Buy elsewhere.

I recently installed the Wheels and Feels Drawer System on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The installation was straightforward thanks to clear instructions, and the system fits perfectly. If you run into any questions, the folks at the company are friendly and extremely helpful. I highly endorse this product for anyone looking to add smart, secure storage to their Jeep!

Worst company. I ordered a drawer-system for my campingtrip. i even paid 100 USD more for faster shipping. They said they will ship on May 21st but since then they would not be reachable and wont answer to my emails anymore. worst experiance ever! i will fight to get my money back. They took 1000 usd from me and i dont hear anything anymore.
do not order from them!!!!

Good luck, folks. Website says 5-6 weeks to ship. I am currently on week FOURTEEN and all I receive are occasional lies telling me my order in "on pace" to ship any day (which NEVER happens).

I ordered in winter to ASSURE delivery before the Spring travel season. NO IDEA if I will EVER receive this product. My advice - DO NOT PURCHASE from this company...

Should have read the reviews prior to ordering, as everything posted with a one star is true.
No communication on when order was being shipped, finally a reply they were starting on the order (3 months).
Order arrived, no instructions as to how to assemble…..several calls made asking for someone to answer questions…..always the same response, they will have the head of production call me NEVER received any call or message (going on 3 weeks).
It just makes no sense for a company with this type of product to not have instructions and/or detailed video. Unfortunately, this is one of those companies that doesn’t give a crap about customer service once they have your money.

I would not order this product or recommend it to anyone. I ordered this product for my Lexus GX 550 in January '26 and it didn't arrive until May '26. Once I put it together one drawer doesnt properly close and the unit does not create a flat surface for an air mattress and the company doesn't respond to emails. Do not buy their products.

Poor customer service and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I received an unusable product with multiple fitment, hardware, packaging, and damage issues. Emails were repeatedly ignored, and the only time I received a response was after calling 5–10 times and finally reaching someone. Even then, the issues were not resolved. They sent the wrong replacement platform, failed to address the incorrect hardware, ignored the damaged parts, and never followed through on the promised expedited shipping refund. For the price, the lack of support, communication, and accountability is unacceptable.

What an incredible addition to my RAV4! The storage system fits precisely. Well built, strong and versatile. Having a way to keep things organized in this clever, functional design is a game changer. Customer service is always exceptional. I could not recommend this more if you’re looking for a functional upgrade!

I had a great experience with the ordering and installation. When I needed some help with assembly their customer service was very responsive and helpful. I have been quite happy with my system; I have found that the materials aren't super durable and therefore there has been some warping and damage from use. However, on the whole I would recommend these systems, especially if you have a 4runner with the sliding cargo carrier since there are very few solutions available for that model.

A year later drawer system is in like new condition. Fits all my gear for edc and camping. Light weight and modular. Perfect addition.

The price for this perfectly fit drawer/platform system was hard to believe. The accuracy of the fit is very impressive. I chose the carpeted finish for a more factory appearance. Assembly was incredibly easy thanks to the predrilled parts and preassembled drawer hardware.

I wanted to get a storage system for my Rav4 and there were a lot of companies out there, but I decided to go with wheels & feels because I felt for the price point they had some solid drawer systems! They are super attentive and help you along the way!
My experience was amazing since they are based in the Houston area I was able to go in person and see my drawer systems installed as well as I had a few requests with mine that I wanted changed and they came through with it! I have been very happy with the drawer systems and it has held up pretty well for what abuse I put it through!

Been searching for a solid storage system for my 6th gen 4Runner for a while and finally landed on Wheels & Feels. The price is what initially pulled me in but the simplicity of a design is what sold me.

The platform fits perfectly in the cargo area and the install was straightforward—very much like putting together IKEA furniture. The wood feels dense and sturdy, so I’m confident it can handle real weight without issues.
What really stood out is the customization. You can dial in the tabletop and drawer layout to fit your setup exactly. For me, the drawer height is spot on—I’ve got a fairly large fridge mounted on top and it sits perfectly with a bit of extra clearance, which was a big concern since a lot of other systems run taller than I’d like.

Also, shoutout to their customer service team! Super responsive and helpful throughout the process.
It may not be the fanciest nor contain some kind of aircraft grade gear storage materials but has more than what the average person needs and I have A LOT of gear.
If you camp, overland, or just want a cleaner, more functional cargo setup, this is definitely worth a look. Huge upgrade in usability.

Wheels & Feels had amazing products. The large Tailgate Table is on our Jeep and we love it. It’s a great product coming from a great company.

Really happy with my Wheels & Feels drawer setup for my 2018 4Runner. It cleaned up my cargo area a ton and made storing all my gear way more organized and practical. The quality feels solid, it looks great installed, and it definitely makes the back of the 4Runner way more functional for everyday use and trips. Super impressed with how well it all came together. Definitely recommend if you want a clean and useful storage setup.

I bought the "Camping System with Double-Drawers for the Toyota RAV4 5th Gen". The fit is perfect, the drawers are big enough to fit a couple of my tools and they have dividers that help stay organized. Mine came with the boards to convert it to a sleeping platform and it works really good to level the surface for sleep. I like that i have access to the spare tire without any problem and the amount of storage. It looks really nice and almost like it came with the car.

The product is amazing!! Fits so nice and is easy to mount, super heavy but is a good thing, shows the quality, my only problem was the communication when they sent the boxes, I never got any emails or the tracking number about the shipment, witch should be an easy fix, and also my sleeping platform didn't came, but that's an UPS problem, and wheelsfeels told me they goin to send me a new one
