Completely useless warranty service. I have a whirlpool integrated freezer which routinely ices up and makes a lot of noise. The repair technician has been out 4 times and on each visit his solution has been to defrost the freezer without every trying to figure out or fix the cause of the problem.

Call center OK no complaints but their repair service absolute rubish if it's not in warranty stay away from this. Took them almost 2 months, 4 visits, numerous cancelations. And service is poor they wouldn't take integrated appliance out or puy it back in. Never again. Only bright thing is guy Robert he eventually sort it out, without him absolute nightmare.

Call centre good, easy to work with - seems based in England. Engineers have been punctual, clean up afterwards, and get the job done well.

A nightmare of customer service. Called 3 days in a row to try and book an engineer kept transferring me to a payments line and would end of hanging up on me. Explained this to every agent I got each time and one even told me there was no such thing as a payments line. Eventually after a hour call and been transferred 5 times or more I was able to book an engineer and give payment. Every time I was transferred I was told I was in the wrong section and it wasn’t their fault and they would transfer me again. No staff seemed to know what the procedures were or who exactly could take a payment.

Very efficient and helpful engineer called Jason lynch arrived early and within minutes had us back up and running with the dishwasher identified the issue was kink in hose and he efficiently removed the backboard on presses and adjusted the hose and had us back up and running in no time and put kitchen press back together again great service

Quick resolution

Absolute disaster to call customer service to book a repair. 5 phone calls made today to book dishwasher repair and the results? Not booked...

We have 2 years and 3 months old whirlpool washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Drier already after repair 6 months ago. Dishwasher already repaired 3 months ago and not working again. Washing machine 100%, the rest- just consider another manufacturer.

Badly designed product (Fridge-freezer) cannot be fitted level,the technician was excellent and tried his best,beaten by design

Horrible experience from start to finish after multiple “repairs” the washing machine is still not working and the customer service department is no help whatsoever. Any complaint I’ve put in has never been dealt with and they pass you from pillar to post. Would not recommend.

Excellent customer service. Service centre personnel were easy to contact and dealt with my issue promptly. Service engineer arrived on time, was very quick in diagnosing the problem and explaining how he fixed it. Engineer also gave some excellent tips on how to prolong the life and get the most out of my product.

Efficient repair service

We bought an extended warranty for our washing machine July 2024. On Saturday we rang to report a fault with the rubber seal and Monday 1pm it was fixed. Great service, no hassle. Easy to get through to a person at the contact centre as well.

All the elements in the chain were efficient. Service as expected ! Cormac was very friendly and an excellent field engineer. No doubts, he went straight forward to the point. Bravo.

Took a week to organise a date for call out but had problem diagnosed and back up and running in no time. Aaron was very friendly and happy to help. Great service

Company deal with the problem very easy and efficient only 2 days i have to wait to get it fixed and the worker was fantastic and give me really helpful advices on how to work with my machine .I highly recommend it 👌
