Cannot register account
I received a subscription as present from my son.
Completed the registration form, received a confirmation email, which I clicked on,and then tried to sign in, and was rejected as email or password being wrong.
I tried the forgotten password option but was told they did net recognise my email address in spite of the fact they had just sent me an email to confirm my
email address.
I have tried the registration 3 times repeatedly checking the information but always the same story.
They do not seem to have a number you can phone. so it looks like it will be mails to sort it out forever

I was given a gift and the code received was not recognized.I see from a previous review from someone with the exact same problem that you felt the customer was at fault by not understanding redemption process.It really shouldn't be that difficult

If you’ve been given a present of 6months membership, don’t think of it having any long term value like cash.
I came across mine and opened a subscription and went to check out, only to be told my code was not valid!!
Can’t find any contact details….great disappointment and sorry for whoever spent cash on my gift.

Delighted to be on board with Whisky Me. Great samples so far. Informative tasting notes make it an interesting experience and, unlike some whisky clubs, the products come with brand names so you know what you're drinking. Brilliant!
12 month subscriber
I’ve been using Whisky Me for about 12 months, the subscription service is no hassle, you sign up and the drams arrive each month. I have the international subscription and the whisky’s are always varied but always high quality. The postage packaging is environmentally friendly and you can return 12 used whisky cartons to get a free dram too. Recently a friend bought me a 3 month subscription and Ash was really helpful when I emailed, so instead of me having to cancel my subscription and renew with the 3 month one, they just added it to my account, no problems!

Excellent service, have been with Whiskey-me for over 3 years, a wonderful way to sample a wide range of whisky and then purchase some of the ones I like at a discount.
Have recommended subscription to a lot of friends (and some whiskey drinkers in pubs) all who have said that they look forward to the monthly pouch arriving.

Whisky-Me offers a truely great subscription service
I am into my second year with Whisky-Me and I must say that I really look forward to the satchet arriving each month. It is natual to like some of the whiskys more than others. If I regard any as being outstanding I often buy a bottle and get a discount off the price. Unlike other reviews, I find no problem with Customer Service. If there any issues (I did not receive a sachet recently despite saying it was delivered by the Royal Mail and Whisky-Me sent me another one immediately) they are resolved courteously and without any delay. I cannot fault Whisky-Me. Keep up the excellent service you are providing.

I’ve been with whisky-me all through lock down I look forward to it every month and love trying out various Scottish whisky. There’s only been a couple that I wasn’t keen on, my only problem is that I usually drunk it before the zoom whisky tasting 🤭

The gift that keeps on giving
I recently purchased a whisky subscription gift voucher for my brother and he loved it! So, I decided to order it again for him this year. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the gift options have been improved - now the subscription voucher comes in a box with a pouch of whisky. This way, I can gift him the box with some whisky to enjoy immediately and the voucher to activate a monthly whisky delivery.
However, I encountered an issue with my order. I placed the order on December 2nd, but due to the Royal Mail strikes, it seemed to have gotten lost in transit. I contacted the company on December 19th to express my concerns about the delivery, and they responded within a day to let me know that they had booked a replacement delivery with Yodel for the next day. I was extremely impressed with their customer service, especially given that it was the week leading up to Christmas.

If I could leave no stars I would have. I received two codes from 2 separate family members for a significant birthday. Neither codes worked and although initial contact resulted in a fairly quick response (24hrs). When I explained that the link they sent me to was the same as that which I had already tried and the codes still did not work, they have since then ignored me completely. They have taken payment for both of these vouchers and completely ignored any messages since the first response. A disgusting state of affairs as this was not even my money, it was money from other members of my family, paid to them in good faith. Only now after answering a facebook comment have they bothered to try to put things right
A good way to discover new whiskies
I love my whisky and have received a nice selection over the year and a half I have been a member, I have even purchased a subscription for my whisky loving son as a gift. I would say it is a great way to discover new whisky and easy to purchase more. Some good some just ok, but then, that is the point of tasting before you buy. I would highly recommend 'Whisk Me'. I have also seen reviews criticising support and answering emails, all I can share is my experience. I have made contact twice via email and got a reply each time. I write this review as a thank you for the good service and varied whisky offered. (PS.Can we have some English whisky please)

Can’t say I found their whiskies of the world all that exciting.
Given there are so many different counties throughout the world that produce fine whisky, receiving 2 Scottish whiskies, 2 English whiskies, a Welsh whisky, Australian and American is pretty damn poor. …hardly what I would call “whiskies of the world”
Customer Service is also non existent so don’t be expecting responses.

Bought a subscription for my elderly…
Bought a subscription for my elderly father. When you order and check out it does not tell you immediately that the recipient will need to subscribe themselves with the code they send with the first sample. The recipient does need to provide bank details to confirm their age. Unfortunately if you are of a certain elderly age and do not have access to email or use the internet this can be a problem so if you are sending to an elderly relative please inform them. My father did really enjoy the first delivery but we cannot verify his age (82) so it’s a real shame that we have to cancel it. Whisky-Me did make every attempt to resolve this so not sure why there are so many negative comments saying they don’t respond.

I received my whisky before the email telling me it was on the way but delivery was prompt . I asked for help with an account query but two emails were not acknowledged or answered. Subscription service is very good but support not so good. I was interested to see another reviewer mentioned emails which were not acknowledged or answered. Whisky-Me said they had not had the emails.

Poor selection and even poorer service
I feel bad to leave a review given I received a 1 year subscription as a gift.
This was a years subscription for whiskies of the world.
Being Scottish, I have so far received a Scottish whisky, two English whiskies, 2 Australian whiskies and the rest American.
The selection is really quite poor given the range of countries that produce amazing whiskies. Nepal, India, Japan, Sweden, France etc etc. their collection really is quite lousy.
The customer service however is appalling and you do NOT get a response or even confirmation that they have received your email/queries.
No interest in using them again.
