I’m a big fan of Whisky Bros. Great prices, everything arrives on time and the customer service is impeccable. I say this for two reasons — once, I ordered two cases of champagne for a drinks party. It arrived two days before the party, but the delivery people had broken a few bottles in one case. When I called Whisky Bros and told them what had happened, they rushed another case out to me in time, at no extra charge. Another time I was unsure if a delivery would arrive when needed because it was over a holiday, so I texted their WhatsApp number. Someone answered right away, even though he was on holiday in the States. Still, he wasn’t bothered, he was very nice and said no problem, he’d contact the office and make sure it got there when I needed it to. He even checked in to make sure everything worked out. That kind of service — plus great prices and even a free bottle thrown in every now and then — makes for a very loyal customer!
