I mistakenly bought a number of casks through a cask investment company and they turned out to be less than honest!
After threats this 'iffy' London based company released my casks, I had them shipped to Whiskybroker Ltd.
I fully trust Martin Armstrong and his people with my investments.
Oh and also their bottled whisky is the highest quality and the lowest price!
100% honest and professional outfit and they fully comply with HMRC, so no risks!

I was scouring the internet, looking for a rather nice bottle of single malt scotch whisky, a gift for my brother who'll be 70 on the 15th Dec. I too am a pensioner, so I'd need the whisky to be affordable but still be a little special. I came across a name I'd not seen before, in particular a Dalmore 17 Year Old 2005 Connoisseurs Choice. Prices were all showing upwards of £150.00 to £175.00. All just a tad pricey until I came across a retailer by the name of the Whisky Brokers Associates, Birmingham. They were retailing it at just £135.00, as considerable saving. I clicked on their site, double-checked the price and thankfully they still had a supply in stock, (many other retailers were out of stock). I had never purchased anything from this retailer before, however the site looked genuine enough and I was paying by credit card, so no problem there. I registered for an account , once done I ordered a bottle of Dalmore 17 Year Old 2005 Connoisseurs Choice for the sum of £135.00. The delivery would be by either Royal Mail or DPD tracked, and there would be No Charge for this, another bonus. Their site was very easy to follow, they have a wide selection of Wines, Spirits & Liqueurs at various prices, together with plenty of offers. Payments by various cards incl. Amex, Visa, Mastercard etc. Now one thing that I was wary of was the standard of packing, would my bottle arrive in time for my brother's birthday, and would it be in one piece. Well, that is where a young lady who goes by the name of Lucy, comes in. You see, this lady was responsible for the packing of my item, how do I know that you may ask? Well it's really quite simple, inside the box I found, not only the bottle of whisky which I had purchased, festooned with sturdy, strong and rigid bubble wrap, next to that, the presentation box that accompanies it (also protected by bubble wrap). I also discovered, a lovely 3cl miniature of East London Rye Whisky, bearing the Whisky Brokers Associates name and last, but by no means least a nice little card thanking me for my order and hoping that I enjoy my purchase. Furthermore, it informed me that it was carefully packed and signed by Lucy in ink, with a delightful little smiley face next to her signature. That extra added little touch, brought a smile to my face and quite made my day. It's the little, personal touch that makes all the difference. I will have no hesitation in making future purchases from the Whisky Brokers again and feel that I can ask their advice as to which other single malts my brother might wish to savour in the near future. A very good shopping experience all round, 10 out of 10 Whisky Brokers Associates, not forgetting the personal touch of Lucy and the smiley face. Thank you so much.

This is the first time I have ordered from Whisky Brokers. Delivery was scheduled for a 1 hour slot starting 11.52 and the doorbell rang at 11.52 on the dot! I was so happy as I had an appointment to get to. Not only that, this has ended a search of over a year to find this delicious, quality wine. I had found it elsewhere but not with delivery to London. I had wondered whether my taste buds had remembered correctly - I was delighted with my first glass - and my second …….So, this may be my first order, but it is definitely not my last - I am preparing to order as we speak. I knew which Whiskey I wanted as it was a favourite of mine. Whiskey Brokers Associates' website was quick and easy to use and was a very good deal for a quality Whiskey! It then arrived quickly and promptly with another whiskey taster inside aswell which was a great touch. Will be using their services again (when I run out after Christmas)

I was shopping around for a particular bottle of Champagne I liked and managed to find it on WBA's website.

I put my order through late on Tuesday evening and the delivery was made within the week and an extremely well secured package. (Most thorough packaging I've come across during my many wine orders so far)
