I got an email saying my order was already packed to be shipped literally 15-30minutes after my order was placed. The delivery was made in less than 48 hours after paying. I was impressed at delivery speed and packaging quality. Would genuinely recommend this company.

The bottle was delivered on time and the service has been impeccable. If I had to pick a reason for 1 less star “The outer package of the bottle was a bit damaged”. Other than that complaints.

I ordered a litre bottle of a very special rum on a Friday evening and it was delivered the following Tuesday afternoon. Bearing in mind that the order was over the weekend I was impressed by the speed of the delivery. It was very well packaged and the bonus was that it was quite a bit cheaper than other suppliers. Highly recommended.

I spent a decent amount on a nice bottle of Whiskey for a 40th gift. The only option for delivery was DPD express (24-48hr) so in total the cost was just under £100. I ordered 15/07 & received an email to say it was out for delivery, closely followed by one saying there was a problem with my order. I contacted Tom via WhatsApp, he advised it was a problem at the depot and would be resolved by the end of the week. He said the courier needed to collect the parcel from the customer, then relable & deliver. I was concerned about the condition considering it was a gift but had already been delivered elsewhere. He assured me it was unopened. I finally received the parcel 22/07 & it was a mess. The box was wet & damaged outside, as well inside the top. The bottle, thankfully, was fine, but wasn’t presentable as a gift. Tom agreed this was unacceptable & offered me a discount for a future purchase. I requested a refund of the delivery & a replacement box. The box couldn’t be sent to me for a further week, which wasn’t possible due to it being a gift. As regards the delivery reimbursement, this has still not been received & I have had no update since 07/08. Admittedly the issue was caused by the courier, but this is the only delivery option available & my contract is with the company. Overall not at all happy with the purchase process or attempts to resolve the issue.
