For the last 4 wigs the hair falls out on the top of the wig causing bald patches. I wear Amore Miranda. I have been wearing her for several years so this just may be a bad batch. I have loved WigSalon prior to this.

I have purchased at least 10 Sienna’s by Tressulure. The hair is very natural and I have received many positive comments on the style. I hope that this wig is never discontinued!

I have had good service. I live in Canada, and my wigs arrive pretty quick.

I have to order, over the phone, because, when I try to order on-line, the site won’t accept my area code, in Canada. When I call in to order wigs, I find, that whoever answers the phone, is very helpful, and gives me good customer service. I appreciate that.

Never buy Revlon products stay away from sale items as they are not refundable. I understand the policy and I know exactly the color and style. The wig I purchased was very thin and although it was a monofilament wig, you could literally see the seams where it had been sewed. It was very "wiggy"

Customer service has improved greatly over the past few years. Speedy, efficient responses. Also much quicker delivery time.

I have purchased well over 6 wigs from Wig Salon and have always had good luck with them. I did send one back, the only reason I did that was because the cut was very choppy. Nevertheless, customer service was very gracious and helpful with that return. I have had no regrets with this company.
