Charged my credit card then never sent my order. Would not answer email or phone. I was a good customer ordered often, shop at your own risk. I will never shop here again.

I love wigs and wear them well
I love wigs and wear them well. Had a local dealer who is wonderful but her prices increase, and the product decreased. Then I decided to check sites and recommendations. Thus coming across the WigSalon.com. The experience was great. I had questions and was able to show the wig I wear and they suggested the same style at a discount. The process only took a few minutes, because the staff was knowledgeable of their products. This will not be my last order from WigSalon.com. I definitely recommend them highly.

I have ordered the same exact wig forb3…
I have ordered the same exact wig forb3 years now. I a have been very inconsistent quality the last 4 times I ordered, from too thin on one side to clumps of hair in the bangs that don’t belong there. It has been bad enough that I am looking for a new supplier.

Ordering and delivery are easy and the service is excellent.
The wigs I order are not always consistent. I have ordered the same wig several times, and all of a sudden it comes with a clumpy section at the top. I figured that was a one time thing until I ordered the same wig two or three more times, and the same big clumpy section was in all three. I then switched to another wig, and a similar thing happened. The first two were great, and then the next ones were thinner on the sides and didn't fall as attractively as the first two.
