I ordered a topper which was perfect, except the color was too dark for a match with my own hair. My return was handled very professionally. Therefore, I will try again after ordering color swatches.

Like my wig-there are a couple places that had a blunt cut and would not settle down even after working with it.

No problem other than the fact I never can get information on wigs. I have ordered so many wigs to date only to have to return because they are so over powering, way too much hair to look Normal. I am sure it's me but I don't know what to do about it.

The Wig Salon receives my highest commendation. At times, it has a difficult task in meeting the needs of its clients such as a recent event when a particularly popular wig style and color from a particularly popular manufacturer was on backorder. A very LONG backorder (4 months). The staff could not have been more helpful or concerned to work with me to overcome the problem.

My experience in this recent event is characteristic of my experiences over the 3-4 years I have been purchasing my wigs from The Wig Salon. The owner, Joe, will bend over backwards to assist a customer and I wish that every company matched the warm, friendly, and accommodating manner of working with clients that seems to be the hallmark of this company's customer service.

All of this is why I plan to keep coming back to The Wig Salon when I need to purchase new wigs.

I have been a Wig Salon customer for over 8 years.
On occasions when I’ve needed to phone or email customer service, the responses are lightening-fast and the Rep’s are courteous and knowledgeable.
Wigs are always fresh and beautifully packaged, true-to-color from the website. I have my favorites but I try different looks as well. Do not be lured by cheap prices elsewhere... I ordered once from a company in China and the wig arrived in terrible condition, wrong color, and no customer service... I learned my lesson!

The product I bought was advertised accurately, the color picture on the Internet was spot on and it suits my needs perfectly. My stylist trimmed, styled and blended the hairpiece and no one knows it's not my natural hair but is and we aren't telling! It's comfy to wear and easy for me to work with by myself. I'm pleased.
