Husband liked the Berkshire pork chops made another large order with all types of meat. The most bland Italian sausage and the texture was bubblegum. Going to try bratwurst but I can always order a pizza.
I don't understand the low stars
I don't understand the Customer service complains on here. I buy for me, and use for auctions and gift baskets. Ive always had great service when I call in, the meat is always fresh and well frozen. Pricing has increased a TAD, but what do you expect with the current administration. All in all, Wildfork is great, and Ill continue to use.
Now that’s how it should be
I just received my first order and I know it’s a bit early to make a judgement call but I’m going to anyways. The meat looks super incredible and I got a good deal. This is one sweet slab of meat and for a great price so I’m going to try it again. The bag showed up right outside my door I’m not sure how the person got in my building but kudos to them for making it. Respect.

Purchased thousands of dollars in food from them over the last couple of years with only minor issues.
And then they started to trend down hill in 3Q/2023.
After they updated their website requiring people to update their password, which I did, all of my credit card purchases became denied. Used an online competitor to purchase our meats and my card worked perfectly.
Contacted their Customer Support three times - and they simply indicate continued website problems. Same BS three months later.
No solutions whatsoever, other than suggesting they can take a telephone order for an additional service charge.
Their responsibility to Members is non-existent.
And now another issue…
I updated my online account several months ago to cancel and not renew my Annual Membership due to their longterm website problems and lack of proper Customer Support. Yet today, I see a $30 charge on my card for a membership renewal.
My online account still states the Membership expired several days ago and will not be renewed.
These folks are highly incompetent and will completely turn their backs on their best Customers. They are not to be trusted. Contacting their Customer Service is no different than calling your local Post Office. Good luck in getting anything properly resolved.
They have more negative reviews than positive ones, so that is definitely a red-flag for their business. And things will only get worse as they expand their poor service into Canada, given they obviously cannot properly support their operations in the United States.

I've been ordering from Wild Fork for a year now, and place orders every month. The website is easy to navigate, the prices on most the foods I can buy locally are better on WF, and they carry some of the more unusual items I can't find locally. For the most part it's all very high quality. My boxes always arrive very well packed, with dry ice. I live in the south, and even on the hottest days, my deliveries are always frozen solid. Amazing company, great products and prices, fantastic, reliable deliveries.

I've been ordering from Wild Fork Foods for almost three years. I had only one disappointment in all my orders. Their beef and seafood are my mainstay orders, and they always deliver. Flash frozen and well vacuum-sealed, the meat is always fresh and stores well.

It was supposed to arrive by 1:15 pm according to UPS.Actually showed up a little after 6:00 pm.
It was hard frozen,now the label says thaw in refrigerator for 24 hrs…if I followed safe handling instructions for poultry it would be 7:00 pm Thanksgiving day before i can brine for 6 hours =01:00 the day after thanksgiving before start cooking so I guess Thanksgiving dinner will be Friday morning

I have purchased from this site twice now (Canton, MA location) I have literally placed my order at midnight and recieved my order by 9 am, My only Compalint is the delivery company they use doesn't read the delivery instructions (not their fault) Either way I get my order, it is high quality, and I have never had an issue yet. I would highly recommend this service to anyone for home delivery!

I'd leave a 0 if I could. Tried to place an order and selected PayPal. Immediately PayPal came up stating $219.19, MORE than the price stated, I Immediately backed out and went back in and used my Debit card and got the original $109.00 charge and approved it.
Within 2 minutes I get a call from my banks Fraud Protection group about a $219.19 charge from Wild Fork Foods. I told them it was fraudulent and had the card blocked. I then find out....the hard way, that Wild Fork charges whatever they want, but intentionally misquote on their website and their customer service dept. says they only estimate the amount and there is a "disclaimer" that they will take more than the amount on website and credit back what's actually left. YEAH, sure. They are a ripoff for sure and this is no way any respectable business operates! If you want calls from your banks fraud dept., end up blocking and canceling your current credit card, have to wait for a new card...then by all means order from Wild Fork Foods.

I got to tell you every single thing I order from wildfork turns out to be delicious from the lobster tail to the steaks to the side orders and of course the cheesecake everything tastes top-notch I cannot believe this I will always order from them to get Quality Meat so much better than the supermarket and the prices are pretty competitive don't hesitate try it honestly try it
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Called in and was told to place an order online to get a refund for a $20 so I placed the order, and then customer service told me that they can no longer process it. Been waiting over 2 weeks for a response and no one has responded.

Overcharged $20! I will not buy ANYTHING from Wild Fork until they make this right. It has been more than a month since I was overcharged and contacted Wild Fork several times with NO response!

I have ordered several items through Wild Fork. In my most recent order I requested the alligator tenderloins. The reviews were good and the photo showed 4 pieces equating to the 1 pound. When I thawed out the alligator, there were 9 pieces of tenderloin equating to the 1 pound. When I pulled the meat off of the smoker at 160 degrees, the meat was rubbery and tough. I wrote a review on there website but it disappeared within minutes. Why would they send 9 pieces of meat in a 1 pound package. Pieces are too small to do anything with. Never again.

Been a member (got Promotion- 1st yr membership free w/over $100 buy). FREE delivery. Meats fish FLASH frozen not regular frozen. You don't thaw prior to cooking. Also LOTS of selection on Salmon and other meat/fish and beyond. Flavor is great especially Ribeye steaks. Delivery & packaging for delivery is awesome. I'm VERY happy, so I bought a membership this time.
They scam people
They scam people. I wanted to try them out and purchased their yearly subscription. Then I cancelled it to prevent it from renewing automatically. Obviously anyone would expect the subscription would still last the whole year cos you paid them. But what they don't ever mention during the cancellation process is that, when you cancel the subscription, they revoke your membership immediately. Yes, now you have paid for nothing. They've taken your yearly subscription money and casually kept it, while kicking you from the membership. There will be no refunds either. I tried to contact them but they just tell me it's in their policy page. While this appears to be true, it's a disgustingly unethical practice and a borderline scam. Please stay away from this horrible company.

We recently purchased what we thought would be a 12 to 14 lb, USDA Prime Beef Brisket. When delivered on Friday afternoon, it turns out that Wild Fork had only sent me a 7½ lb brisket. The plan had been for 8 to 10 guests to devour it during Sunday’s football games.
It was my understanding, that Wild Fork “cannot guarantee a specific size upon purchase”, but would send an approximate size and I would be charged according to the final weight.
The email confirmation of my order indicated I had ordered a 12.121 lb. brisket for $60.36. Several following emails either stated the same thing or failed to state, that I would only be receiving a 7½ lb brisket.
The Webster and Cambridge dictionaries define approximate as “nearly correct or exact: close in value or amount but not precise” and “close to a particular number or time although not exactly that number or time” respectively. A 7½ lb brisket is 38% less than what I thought I was getting, far from APPROXIMATE.
After arguing about the definition of “approximate”, Wild Fork’s customer service representative stuck by the position, that “we are only obligated to send out the closest thing we have in stock”. He did refund the $37 I was charged, but that wasn’t going to help me find a 12 to 15 lb Prime brisket the day before I needed it.
In hindsight, I should have read some of Wild Fork’s own reviews. I’m not the only person who has had this problem. Until they can deliver “approximate” weights, I definitely won’t be returning to Wild Folk for “seconds”.
