We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We’ve checked our records and are unable to locate an order under your name, so we’re unable to comment on the specific circumstances behind your review.
We would, however, like to clarify that we do take genuine product faults seriously and will assist customers where a fault can be reasonably demonstrated. This may involve requesting photos or video evidence and, in some circumstances, requiring the item to be returned for assessment. If sufficient evidence is not provided to support a claimed fault, we are unfortunately unable to treat the item as faulty.
We’re therefore disappointed to see the suggestion that customers are simply left out of pocket when a product has an issue, as this is not how we handle genuine warranty or fault claims.

Wild secrets didnt read my review its the inner box that is torn not the outerbox. Which means the intimate device is not completey sealed. Which is not hygienic for a sex toy. Anyway.
I'm dispute with wild secrets after receiving a torn box on the inside. It seems to me its.been taken out . Either way its a hygiene risk. I've sent many photos ect. I dont want to touch it and won't. I'm not interested in an intimate product that is not fully sealed. Under consumer law this is unacceptable. Not sure why they are arguing with me. Its compromised and they shouldn't want the consumer to risk it. Very disappointed in this company and lack of values. I will update if they honor the law.

Faulty products! Terrible customer service!
So in my wonderful let’s give new things a go attitude, I decided to try Wild Secrets, after all their marketing was good and they’re Australian. What a bonus! I mean usually I go to lovehoney but why not give the underdogs a go, why not try it on for size and be patriotic to boot. They sent me 6 vibrators that did not work and a 7th bonus vibrator that also was faulty. I emailed them and they doubted my ability to insert AA batteries. This is not my first rodeo Wild Secrets. They sent me a return label eventually and I dutifully sent the parcel back fully expecting a refund but no! The idiots now refuse to acknowledge the fault on their part and have returned to me a parcel with fully operational vibrators they claim. But I’m done with them, I don’t want anything to do with their bogus quality goods. I just want my money back. Shouldn’t have cheated on lovehoney. I am kicking myself.

This review contains several statements that are factually incorrect.
A prepaid return label was issued on the same day you reported the alleged faults, not "eventually", so the products could be inspected under warranty at our expense.
Following a thorough inspection, every product was found to be fully operational. Each item was tested, and video evidence of the successful testing was recorded. No manufacturing faults were identified.
We attempted to provide you with the testing results, however our emails could no longer be delivered as you had blocked all communication from us. A PayPal dispute had also been lodged before the inspection process was completed, both of these actions indicating you had zero desire to allow for inspection under warranty.
As no fault was found, we returned all products to you, again at our expense and advised that if you could provide video evidence demonstrating the issues you reported, we would happily investigate further. No such evidence was provided.
We stand by our testing process and the outcome of this claim. We are committed to resolving genuine warranty issues promptly and fairly, but we are unable to issue refunds where testing confirms that products are fully functional and no manufacturing defect exists.
The tone and language used in this review are consistent with the manner in which you communicated with our staff throughout this matter. While we strive to assist all customers professionally and respectfully, we expect the same courtesy in return.
Based on your conduct during this matter, we are quite comfortable that we will not be doing business together again.
