I wish I had checked for the reviews before ordering. They sell items not in stock and had to wait longer to get them. Customer service is extremely slow.

Horrendous company. They sell you something they have no stock of and provide limited communication about this. I assume they hope the customers will forget. They sent part of my order and my last communication before emailing was in May. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Still no refund yet.

I dont know how this could have happened but we recieved a cheaper item in the more expensive box, was waiting for their reply before putting up this review. Customer service is non existant, I have a return lable however nothing in the way of a sorry about the mix up or my time now spent returning the item.

This is a major fault from either them or the company they distribute for, how do they, or their customers now know what product is in this lines factory sealed boxes.

First and last time customer.

I thought I'd put the effort in to write a review. I too bought first then looked at reviews after and got worried. But I had a really good experience. Great price and fast shipping didn't have any hassles at all.

Ordered a massage candle only for it to be missing from my delivery… questioned it to find out it’s out of stock… waited 2 months to then be told it was in stock and they’d express post it. 2 weeks later, still nothing, so questioned again and it’s out of stock again. The candle was the sole reason I purchased. Almost 4 months after my order and I still don’t have it. Wish I’d read reviews first!

Dreadful, you make a purchase and then just nothing..... Wish I'd read the reviews. Avoid

I sent an order cancellation a couple hours after a purchase.

Never had I had a company ship out an item before looking at customer support tickets.

Bought an adjustable penis ring but the latch was terrible and would not stay closed. I emailed the help centre two videos showing the issue and was told that the product was faulty and to send it back, and that they had already shipped me a replacement. I asked them for the tracking number and they just sent me the tracking number of my parcel returning the ring to them. A couple of days later I got a message from them saying 'good news, the product is not faulty, that's how it's meant to work! We're going to send it back to you for free!'. I asked them why they told me it was faulty and told me they were already replacing it if that was not true? I also said I didn't want it back because it DID NOT work. They just said 'sorry for the confusion, your ring is not faulty' and ignored my request for a refund.

EDIT - a few days after the above exchange took place JouJou contacted me out of the blue and offered to replace the ring with a different model free of charge (maybe they saw my bad review). So I have updated this review to 3 stars. Their customer service is chaotic and inconsistent but I guess I am satisfied with the outcome in the end.

I recently bought a $300 toy which broken on the first use. JouJou is demanding I go to a post office and mail the toy back to them when the fact that is doesn't work is very evident on video.

The fact that such an expensive toy broke first time is one thing but to expect people to take more time out to go mail a broken used sex toy back is a joke.

Been waiting over 2wks for my order to ship..They say 7 - 25 days to ship do to international triad witch was never disclosed when the order was put in..Very disappointed in there service and will be the last time I do business with this so called company.

Quick delivery. Product as expected. Thought I'd post a review as I didn't read reviews until after I ordered and got a bit worried but I had a perfect experience! Would order from them again without hesitation.

Bought some horror figures. They were clear fakes. Some were really badly made. Stay away from these scammers.

My product came in broken. I have sent many of emails with no reply from the company. I have demanded to get my money back in these emails in still haven’t heard a thing and it’s been over a month. It took me a month to get the product that was broken.

Terrible customer service and poor quality product for the price. Not useable after one use

Was very wary when ordering- I've read mang reviews stating that items were missing from their packages or the boxes were broken and everyone could see into them. Just to ensure my privacy, I shot them a customer service message asking for absolute discretion. They got back to me within 48 hours and reassured me that they care about privacy and have changed their packaging. Received all ordered items discretely, I would order again.

Horrible service don't recommend at all. Stay away from these people irresponsible and they respond whenever they feel like it. No craps given about any customer.

Both my partner & I purchased 2 items from this seller and both items are not genuine and believe to be copies. Our friends recommended these two toys for us and their packaging have original barcodes when we entered them in to Google though our products had different barcodes all together and when we Googled them they didn't come up at all as being the brands this seller stated that they were.

Needless to say that we will never buy from this seller again.
