We’re disappointed to read your review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred.
Your cancellation request was received outside of our operating hours. When our team commenced work the following morning, we made an immediate attempt to stop the order prior to opening. However, our warehouse processes orders very quickly and it had already progressed beyond the point where it could be intercepted. We advised you of this before opening hours in response to the multiple emails you sent on Sunday.
You then called approximately 30 minutes after we opened, not the minute we opened, and our team member calmly reiterated the same information. Unfortunately, she was subjected to several minutes of yelling and threats of self-harm during that call. This conduct is entirely inappropriate and unfair to our support staff, who are simply carrying out their roles within the constraints of our systems.
In relation to the discount code, the issue was connected to Afterpay’s processing rather than our checkout system. This could have been resolved directly with Afterpay without directing frustration toward our team.
We understand that checkout errors can be frustrating. However, we expect all communication with our staff to remain respectful.
Due to this incident, we will be discontinuing service moving forward. We genuinely hope things improve for you.

The packaging was discreet which was amazing , we got 4 different items to try! The but plug came with a lil black bag we can put in after use which I find amazing. We got a toy for me and for my husband and we both enjoyed using them on each other.

The website its self is great bit we have had some issues with the toy its self not sticking to the ground or wall as its suppose to. The suction cup does not work and we have follow the instructions to the letter
