Willow & Stone Avis

I just received the order I put in just 2 days ago and I have to say I’m absolutely delighted. The oak peg rails are beautifully made (in Britain), were delivered well packaged and came really quickly. I also think they were a really good price for the quality. They are going to transform our Utility room in an instant

I hadn’t heard of Willow and Stone before this order but will definitely look to order from them again. 5 stars!

Beautiful, turned light pulls - thank you!

Their pieces are beautiful and truly feel luxurious and custom without breaking the bank. Great if you want to infuse some handmade craftsmanship and character into the home!

Also, talk to them if you have any questions. They were so helpful in advising me about what finishes went best together, and it's turned out great! Their customer service is incredibly nice.

I ordered 8 beautiful cast iron coat hooks from France, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish! Rochelle and Saskia were amazing : they kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know when the parcel would ship and giving really clear advice on customs fees. The package arrived quickly after dispatch, which was impressive given the weight. Gorgeous products, wonderful team, I’ll definitely be back! Merci beaucoup !!!

Exactly as advertised. Packaged well and good quality.

Brilliant products and speedy delivery. Can’t recommend highly enough. I reckon my front door is the smartest in our street! Quality stuff!

We were delighted to find the Willow and Stone site and love everything we have bought, door handles or escutcheons. The choice of repro escutcheons is impressive and the quality really good - they look beautiful next our old brass handles and hard to tell they aren't original.

Great product, fast delivery.

Would be good if Willow and Stone explicitly stated the manufacturer of the handle on the website. I worked it out when I was looking online. It would not have stopped me buying from willow and stone even if they stated on the details that the handle is by From The Anvil.

We've purchased from Willow and Stone on multiple occasions and always received good quality products, well designed.
Most recently purchased some hooks and a couple of other items. We had a query about them. Customer service was fantastic - friendly and prompt, going above and beyond to help.

Will be purchasing from here again, for sure.

Beautifully made cabinet handles and exceptional customer service.

Thank you for a fast 1st class service and door furniture products they look stunning on our new door
Would highly recommend

I ordered some iron shelf brackets. They are well made and they look great.

Beautiful and great products and exceptional customer service.

Willow & Stone were fantastic! They helped me find a solution for a hard-to-find cast iron door latch. Rochelle was proactive, fast, and reliable throughout. It was a pleasure working with them. Thank you for top-class customer service. I know where to go next time!

Make this shop a must when you visit Falmouth!!, it has lots of unusual and quirky pieces and lots of British made stuff. Staff were lovely and left you alone to browse and shop.

Great store. Immaculate service. Exceptional products.

It was a pleasure to meet and work with you. Laura and Saskia gave me technical support and were very helpful. Excellent customer service and wonderful knobs. The delivery was very fast. We will keep in touch. Thank you very much for your help in purchasing the knobs I needed.

Website Excellent service excellent. Excellent product. Prompt returns service.

Lovely product but was scratched and delivery packaging was poor. Looked like we’d received a previously returned product. Will return it back and debating whether to replace.

Definitely recommend this company 5 🌟
