I paid over $3800 for a rear entry door to my home along with over $13,000 worth of windows in March 2025. For nearly 9 months now, the under warranty door lock is STILL broken despite multiple phone calls, emails and 2 failed 'service calls'. Window Nation is a bullshit company that refuses to honor their 'guaranteed' warranties or provide any honest customer service. Looking like litigation is the only option with these scammers.

The repair man that came out was friendly and replaced the window w/no questions. The office, on the other hand, was not going to stand by the warranty but did come through and replaced the window after a few conversations. All is good and we love our windows.

In 2022 you installed 8 windows form. 2 years later you replace one with a stress crack. A couple of weeks ago another window had a stress crack. I called and the window was ordered, but the wrong size was delivered so we have to wait another couple of weeks.

We were promised bow windows like we had in the house, and we got windows that were 12" shallower
then we had in the house. They broke one of the windows and it took a month to replace it and we had a get together and had we to explain it to the gests.
Many times, we called to have things fixed and they
barley fixed any thing. I gave up !
They look nice but there almost as drafty as the old ones.

Service representative was very knowledgeable. Quickly acknowledged the windows problem. Informed him that the main bedroom is very cold/drafty in winter. He rectified the problem immediately.

I was very impressed with the customer support. One of our windows cracked and when we called for a replacement there was no fuss or questions. Normally when a company says lifetime warranty they still try to give you the run around when something happens but Window Nation didnt hesitate at all. There was good communication during the whole process and the repair was quick and easy. The worker was polite as well.

I truly appreciate the effort and you received in having my large window pane replaced. The customer service was very understanding when I called and explained that my window had a crack that I was not sure how it happened. Without any problems or problems, she said she understood and it is possible the crack was due to a structural issue or the weather. I have to say I am very thankful and pleased with the customer service experience and the pleasant technicians that came and replaced the window pane.

I was sold on the information presented around their quality of work and warranty / replacement services, even though it was considerably more expensive than a competing quote. That said, I called in mid-December to have one of the windows they installed repaired. (The bottom panel would not stay up on its own and had two busted parts that prevented the window from staying in position.) They finally got someone out to the house in early January. During the visit the guy said they didn’t have the parts in stock and that they’d have to order them. I got a notification on Feb 11th that a parts order was placed. Called in on Feb 24th and after 30 minutes on the phone I was told the parts should arrive sometime this or next week and that I’d get a call for the install. We’ll see how long it takes from here…
Update: I called in twice and left two voicemails. No call back and it’s been over two weeks. It is now March 15th and I still haven’t received a call, email, or text regarding my service request. Based on the other negative reviews I scanned through recently, it looks like this is pretty common with this company. Need to check my contract and see if this violates any SLAs or whatnot and see if a legal approach will get some traction. Consumers beware, do not get fooled by their “amazing” service and warranty, it’s total rubbish.
In the end, if it takes 3-4 months to fix 1 window, then I was sold snake oil. The service and customer experience has been terrible. No communication at all besides one automated notification a month after someone came to the house. No one on their end knows what happened or why it has taken so long just to get the parts order submitted. Not at all what I was sold on. Definitely not signing up for the rest of the windows in my house like we planned. Not worth the cost and not getting the value I expected. Yet another business that’s too big to follow through with their marketing BS or they’re simply running a great scam that no one can do anything about.
Find another window company!

The guy who came was great, but I am puzzled that when I called I explained which window was broken and I alkso sent pictures from both inside and outside of the house, and I know they have my window information on file - why did he not just bring the replacement window and replace it vs. having to order it and now having to wait another 3z4 weeks while it is freezing cold and i have the cold air coming in the cracks. Makes zero sense.

This is in reference to your response of previous review. There was no miscommunication your sales rep Kyle Milholland straight out lied when asked if triple silver glass meant they were triple pane and he said yes. Anyone reading this do not trust this company. They will lie to you. They will take advantage of senior citizens and veterans. Very unscrupulous company.
