Ultimately the window installation was completed and Window Nation stepped up to correct earlier or initial installation issues.
We are truly enjoying our new windows and doors, however the original installation estimate of 2.5 days at the beginning of December of 2025 was not truly completed until 8 total days of work that stretched out to January of 2026.

Thank you for your response. Your team came out today but I find it deeply unsatisfactory. Your team’s assessment that the issues stem from the windows themselves rather than the installation is both frustrating and unacceptable. I was promised triple silver glass designed to keep the cold out, yet I’m still grappling with drafty conditions in my home. This situation has not only failed to meet my expectations but has also turned into a nightmare that I never anticipated when making such a significant investment.
Moreover, I am now facing the additional issue of a broken window, which raises serious questions about the overall quality and durability of the products you provide. It is hard to believe that, despite the extensive issues I have encountered, I am still left without a viable resolution. Your acknowledgment of my complaints feels hollow when the underlying problems remain unaddressed and unresolved.
Furthermore, my financing issue—a critical aspect of this entire ordeal—has not been addressed at all. The financing arrangement has severely impacted my credit, and I find it alarming that after investing $16,500, it feels as if that money has simply gone out the window without any accountability from your side. This lack of attention to such a significant concern adds to my frustration and disappointment.
I need this resolved immediately. I expect a thorough investigation into both the quality of the windows and the installation process. Additionally, I require a solution to the financing issues I have been facing. It is imperative that you take decisive action to rectify these matters and restore my faith in your company.

This is about NewSouth Window Solutions, which was acquired by Window Nation last year. In December, I ordered a door that opens into a carport. Several weeks later, my wife was diagnosed with a serious medical condition that will ultimately require a high level of home care. Our granddaughter offered to move in with us to help me with that care. We decided to convert our carport to a bedroom to accommodate our granddaughter. It will probably require a different door and new windows. I called and emailed the local Fort Lauderdale office at least seven times to cancel the door order. Also called their corporate office in Tampa. It took three weeks for anyone to respond, with an “unwilling to change the order” response. I then sent a letter to the president of NewSouth. As of today, still no response. I give their customer service (and compassion) a big zero.
3/5/26 Window Nation responded and asked me to contact them to resolve the issue. Called twice and left message. Still no response and still a rating of zero for their customer service.

Horrible from the moment, we signed the papers. Delayed us on our installation, then sent installers that couldn't even speak English so we couldn't communicate with them. They showed up late worked well into the night where it was dark and it started raining. They did a horrible job so they had to send people to uninstall and then reinstall.. then during my first winter with my new windows I had ice and condensation on the inside of my home... called to put a request for a work order and they sent someone that told me it was my fault because the humidity was too high in my house... wrong my humidifier on my furnace wasn't even working and how come it wasn't on all the windows!!! they just didn't want to stand by their product or installers... be very aware of this company.. and most of all keep shopping...
I am adding this to follow up with a response after window donation commented on my post. They sent someone out to check out my windows, and the man told me it was my fault that there was too much humidity in my house.. what a complete and utter joke!!! funny thing I have a trio of windows in the front of my house two of them had ice and condensation and one did not. They are all three located right next to each other. Explain that.??? actually no need to explain to me. I know what the problem is. My windows are nothing but crap... $10,000 worth of crappy windows that I'm still paying for!!!! I wasn't even important enough a customer to send out someone to look at my windows until he had enough work orders to come out to my area at the same time... they don't care about their customers..,

We had a loose rubber strip at the base of our door (froom Window Nation) Service was initiated quickly - we did have to wait for parts to come in - and service tech came and did the work in professional manner. This was a free service.

Part of order was not correct, so it had to be reordered. Installer cracked the J channel around my door and did not inform me.

I love that Window Nation has a lifetime warranty on windows and screens. I wish the salesman was more specific about the size windows we were getting. Now we're stuck with smaller windows probably for the rest of our lives. :( Because the windows were smaller than the opening, they had to frame in, add foam insulation and caulk, and then we had cold air coming in. Jeff came out to fix the air coming in, and he was very nice and thorough. Despite his efforts, air is still coming in. He said I could contact him, if there were still any problems which was very nice. I haven't called him back yet. I think the value for the money we paid was not good. The windows themselves are good. Love the wood-grain look.

My response is if you really took all of this seriously your customer service would not be horrible like it is and I am just one of many. There would be phone calls returned. Talked to a manager over a week ago to voice my concerns. His response was I will call you right back. That was over a week ago. I expected a call back that day. Still have not gotten a call back. When I call I never get to talk to a person, It’s always leave a message. What kind of customer service is that?
